Bill Stambro does Quality Work Only! Window World has a quality product. I’ve lived in Jefferson Country since the late 50’s I’m a perfectionist when it comes to doing any type of job. My Dad worked for the Navy for 35 years my dad built guns and parts for navy ships, He help design the gas catapult that launches airplanes off aircraft carriers If it wasn’t built right, people got hurt so it had to be perfect.
For Over 5 years I have compared different windows & Companies & window options. We’ve checked out different companies. We chose Window World and we are so glad we did. The sales person was very nice and when the office called to setup installation I spoke to Megan she was just fantastic. Felt like family. Bill came out to install the windows and his expertise And installation, metal work is the best I have ever seen. He takes pride In the work he does, and that shows true craftsmanship, he is very personable and I thank Window World for sending out such a Quality installer to put in our Windows. Window World must be very proud to have an installer such as him. When we get our other windows Bill will be the installer. Thank you, Window World for the Quality you provide!

Bill stambro was m6 tech. He installed a window for me in this 100° weather. He was very friendly, explained the process as he worked. Did a awesome job and cleaned up when he was finished. I highly recommend Bill.

Donald called ahead to let us know he was in his way. He arrived at the beginning of the expected timeframe. He and his helper worked non stop until our job was complete. He was courteous and patient with any of our questions. The windows look great!

Very pleased with the whole Window World experience. Working with Brendan was pressure-free and no nonsense. Solid product and reasonable prices. From the day we ordered the windows and they were installed, it took less than 4 weeks, less time than promised. The installers, Bobby, Dylan, and Louis worked from sun-up to early evening to install 23 windows. They were efficient, competent, and respectful. Megan has been great coordinating the scheduling and answering all our questions.
