5 years ago we used this facility because of location and the staff was very personable. So I just(late September 2019) recommended them to a friend relocating to Louisville while they are looking for a house. They really are happy with the facility because of the security system and they can park right in front of their storage unit when they are there. Very reasonable rates and the staff has been great! Very accommodating!

Very friendly staff and a convenient location with security gates and cameras. I felt comfortable with storage there, as I was in California for over a year. Able to set up automatic payments and never had a worry. I highly recommend them!

Good security enclosed storage area. There is no access to 110v outlet inside the storage units. A little pricey for the units.

Can't recomend this place. I've been locked into the property for over an hour when the electric gate failed to open. They also put my belongings up for auction without so much as a phone call after ONE late payment. They also failed to keep good payment records and overcharged me an extra month. Wish I could only give them half a star ....
