Online banking is not user friendly.Customer service takes forever to answer. Long wait times.Just inconvenient across the board - changing banks after being on phone for 25 minutes so they could tell me I have to physically go to my bank to get my account number... “we can’t give it out over the phone....”Super cool.

Most of my experience with wesbanco are excellent customer service really nice thoughtful human beings but lady I just talked to was rude cause she had to switch computers so I could pay my credit card,you can just tell in her tone she's a Karen in training

I really have had bad experience with this bank on Shelbyville road! Their customer service is horrible, The bank manager you feel like she's always having ATTITUDE with the customers!! You DON'T feel you are welcomed in that place! Also they gave me false information and when I contacted the general CS they told me apposite thing and apologized for that.

The customer experience at this bank is phenomenal the ladies behind the counter and the manager always with warm welcome hot coffee and cookies very interesting conversation & motivation. so my experience was awesome especially jones to the city . for this bank is phenomenal I recommend this bank to a few others

Dottie the bank manager there is a cold heartless . the customer services experience and services are dependent on who you are and what you are. I have been banking since 2007 can no longer recommend this bank. that unwilling to help does not go well with me.
