I loved Wel at Humana!! I stopped going when they closed for COVID and lost the easy access of the membership. A very nice gym at a great location!

I friggin love this place! Its got so much to do and I love all the encouraging things written on the walls and ceilings. Its got just about everything an athlete like myself needs to get fit and strong. The recovery and meditation rooms are a plus and my ultimate fave...the sauna! Like I said great place and great employees!

It’s the best workout place minus the child care . Great for people wanting to workout in downtown. Classes are great and equipments are best in class.

I usually frequent at the Downtown ymca but I'm glad that this place exists, as a close competitor to the y. Somewhat spacious with plenty cardio equipment and a sauna accompanied by a moderately sized lifting area and complementary towels. The view itself is worth the visit. (They do offer guest passes) Parking is somewhat tricky as it is in the back, and limited. Also, if you happen to have a nice car or any belongings showing in plain sight, the Downtown crackheads will bust your Windows and take it, or peek through the windows trying to sniff out a quick smash and grab! My advice would be parking next to the Mexican restaurant (paid parking--bummer) Wich can add up if you frequently visit this gym. I'd say the place is a 8/10 but I'm giving it 5 stars for the location, the fact that they do offer free towels and the view. Check it out, as it is a great alternative to the downtown ymca! (Disclaimer; there is a join fee not a big deal since the membership itself is way cheaper than the ymca which has a join fee but under certain circumstances it can be waived)

I did a week guest pass when visiting Kentucky. Has everything I needed plus studio space. Was not disappointed. Hope to visit this gem again someday.

I was invited by a friend to check it out and I must say, it is TOP NOTCH in every way. Had a really awesome workout and dry sauna visit. The entire place is well designed, spotless, and all of the equipment is in perfect working order. Loads of options for whatever type of workout you have in mind. None of the normal gym vibe, It was a very chill and no one was acting like it's a singles club. Really nice place and we are definitely considering joining.

First of all- let me say I feel very fortunate to have access to such a nice facility to use during my lunch hour. As a Humana employee, I get a great deal on my membership and the convenience of walking a few blocks to work out is nice. The Wel is so clean and bright. With the big windows, there is lots of natural light in the front cardio room. I equipment is up to date and runs smoothly. The treadmills, bikes, etc have individual TV's and there is cable so you can make the time pass more quickly by watching a show. The spin room is pretty cool. The bikes are interactive with a screen so if you are competitive, It can boost your performance. The group fitness instructors are fun and energetic. My favorite is Dana who teaches a Tabata class on Tues/Thurs. The class options include yoga, barre, pilates, spin, tabata, and more. I haven't been here on a weekend yet but during the week it is never overly crowded. The locker rooms have showers, changing rooms, blow dryers, lotion, deodorant and hair spray. If you are considering a more boutique style gym- the Wel is perfect.
