Was disappointed with settlement NOT bc of Shane but mostly bc of condition of my vehicle. Was not fully aware of how bad of shape the vehicle was really in. Overall the experience i had was satisfying but i must say that Shane's performance was 100% and the way he handled my dissapointment was to be commended. He was excellent n his presentation n his approach to complete our meeting and the conclusion and agreement that we arrived at. Very informative and helpful.Thank you Shane.
