Always crowded, associates ignore you. Pretty much like every walmart. I only go here because I can generally find what I am looking for and the prices are less than their competitors.

I had a very enjoyable shopping experience at Walmart Supercenter on Outloop. It was very clean, lighting was also very good for shopping, everything was well organized and well stocked, it seemed to be a little busy at the time, and the employees were busy helping other customers with their shopping needs, when I needed to ask a question. Upon leaving, the check-out line was really not that bad at all. I found some great sales on a couple items, that cost me only $164.50I myself, will be coming back out to do my shopping. It's a really nice Walmart Supercenter. I would and do recommend the Outer loop Walmart Supercenter for a really nice shopping experience for anybody looking to do or have a helpful and enjoyable shopping experience.??????????????✒️??? ?????? ? ????❤️??? ??????? I like how I can find everything here, it has a money delivery service, and a hair salon, what I don't recommend buying there is clothes since they are not always to my taste and I think they are a little expensive

Went to the pharmacy for Lancets which are always in a locked case. I always hit the button on the case and someone always come and assist me and I pay at the pharmacy. Today was different. I hit the red button on the diabetes supply case and no one appeared. Hit the button again and waited and waited and no one appeared . Hit the button again and a pharmacy worker informed my husband they don’t have the key. Which is very very strange. The case is in the Pharmacy, the key needs to be there. Its a healthcare item right . A Pharmacy worker did page whoever has the keys twice. No person came with a key. She informed us that the key was at the customer service desk. I go up to the desk and it was dark. Two other customers was in front of me. Worker told them they are closed. We arrived at the Walmart at 5:15 and went straight to the pharmacy. Customer service closed. I told a worker I need him to open that diabetic case and we have been trying to contact him. I go back to the case and he appears and I told him what I want. He wouldn’t give it to me. I would have to go back to the dark customer service desk. I said give it to me so I can buy it at the pharmacy desk which is right in front of us just 6 steps away. Finally my husband intervened and we checked out at the pharmacy desk. Sad!

I have noticed some changes lately at Walmart. Lately, they have been lanes open for quicker, check out. But the salespeople on the floor no one speaks English anymore. I noticed no one is happy to deal with the customer anymore. As always, poor customer relations on service.

Workers are rude as you know what!!! They act like you’re a bother to them if you have a few more items in your cart than a couple. Everything is hectic and unorganized. You can never get any help from anyone. Stay away from this Walmart. It’s TRASH!!!

We we're buying things off my older sisters baby registry, we couldn't get it to scan on self checkout and neither could the many cashier, so they called the management, management told us that they could do nothing, offered no solutions and when my mother stated that online store shouldn't have the instore option if it wouldn't work instore, the manger (Ashley, you'll know her when you see her) got an attitude, said to us "I know they should, then I wouldn't be talked to like this" acting like we were inconveniencing her by there and having her do her job that took 10 minutes for her to show up to. The moral of the story is to not use the Walmart registry or expect help from Ashley

This was a terrrible experience ever in this place management team is horrible money services never work on time. I was there for 30 min waiting for someone to send a money. And the manager was doing the service for one of the personals than wink there and I had to wait for her till 11 because she did not do that job and every body has to wait for her. In the pics you can see the manager and the other worker she was doin money orders.
