Worst produce in the city. Every time I buy a bag of lemons or oranges some of them are completely molded in a couple days. Not to mention it's entirely self-checkout in the last few hours of the day. The workers will just stand there and watch you scan stuff. Only reason I go there is because it's so close

Was in there about a couple of hours before closing so I was a little rushed not the stores fault but mine. The staff was really nice and friendly especially since this was the first time shopping there. I will more than likely shop there in the future.

By FAR, the rudest and most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. I returned a $13 online order I received a week ago with pictures of the damaged box and goods upon delivery and the two representatives relentlessly questioned and nearly refused the return.

I arrived today, after a day of running errands. (Approx. 4:10pm). I wanted a rotisserie chicken from the Deli, so I wouldn't have to make the main for dinner at home, but the heated counters were bare. But wait! There's MORE!!
There were chickens in the rotisserie oven, that according to the well- spoken, male, Latino- looking employee behind the counter, were 15 to 20 minutes away from being done! (YAY!)
My shopping list was short, but I lingered, wandering through the store, picking up more than I had planned on, and it was about 30 to 35 minutes later ( my thought- process was that they'd need to be bagged), wherein I returned to the Deli, to see that the heated counters were STILL bare, and that the Latino gentleman was gone now, replaced by an adorable, 20- something, African American female, who looked nervous when I approached and told her about my dilemma. (Insert apologies for looking like I'm Caucasian here--I refer to myself as a "Heinz 57", with a high percentage of Native American...).She stated that she'd personally prefer to let those chickens spin for up to another hour, even though the timer on the rotisserie oven showed itself to be done. I carefully explained to her that I am NOT a "Karen", that I know how to test that a chicken is done, would finish it in my own oven at home if necessary, and at the end of our conversation, she gave in, and I was rewarded with a chicken!!
This was the BEST ROTISSERIE CHICKEN WE'VE EVER HAD!!! And I mainly wanted to give an awesome "Shout-Out", to the employees of this store. I used to live in the area ( June 2012 to Dec 2016), and I still go out of my way to shop here.
Kudos to this store location. I will continue to shop here!

Not good the artificial intelligence call taker stated my RX would be ready after 4 pm today however it was not got there around 5:30 waited in line until 6:00 to be told not ready yet. Got text close to 6:15 that it was ready . I would fire the artificial intelligence operator because it is never right switched from CVS might need to check out the new Baptist pharmacy or mail order? Needed to grab a few things while was there instead of going elsewhere only had self checkout open of if I have to work at the store to make a purchase a discount toward my purchase for my labor would be nice.
