Stop in here occasionally and went in this morning just to get some change. Made sure the cashier knew I needed it before she opened the door for the customer in front of me so she wouldn’t have to open the drawer just for me. She told me that she couldn’t give me change. I then purchased a $.45 piece of candy and handed her my $20 bill so I could get the change. I asked if she could give me at least two fives. She said that wasn’t possible. I said, lots of rules? And she replied yes, we have a new manager. She did make sure I knew it was senior citizen day and I’m not sure if I got a discount on my small piece of candy or not. When I told her she could keep her receipt, she replied it wasn’t HER receipt, but she’d throw it away. I understand rules but this seems a little over the top. Thanks for the customer service new manager, won’t be stopping in your Walgreens again.

This Walgreens pharmacy location is one of the best experiences I've ever had with an pharmacy in my 20+ of going to them. The staff is always polite and quick to answer the phone, but, they do get busy like all Walgreens and you might be on hold for more than you like but I think that's to be expected these days. They've always been courteous and knowledgeable about any question I've asked. I always try to let them know that I apprecaite their hard work after having so many bad experiences at other pharmacies in town.This is in total contrast to the Walgreens pharmacy on Baxter and Bardstown which treated me so poorly that I felt too embarrassed to go back and switched to this location, which I am very thankful to be able to use. I'm sure all of ladies over at that location would have a good laugh at this, as making fun of customers is a past time maybe they think they can only hear.

The pharmacy and store staff are always courteous and helpful. Prices are comparableto the other pharmacy in our neighborhood.The store is clean and tidy and well stocked when I visit. They also offer fast delivery on most prescriptions. This I really appreciate.?

This Walgreens pharmacy encourages ( insists to be honest) you to go to CCS or Kroger pharmacy to get your prescription filled . Why work for Walgreens if you refer your patients to competition?

I was overcharged 7.99 for a greeting card I did not purchase. I had to leave town and have not been able to go back for a refund. The items were for Hallmark cards that were gifts. I don't have the cards anymore and not sure how to get a refund? I was told they were giving me a $4 off coupon and received 7.99 extra charge for merchandise I did not receive. Very disappointed.

Walgreens has always been my go to place for my immediate needs even considering I get my pick up my prescription there they offer cosmetic tools. They offer health tools and they also offer in store healthcare. You can go there and grab milk, frozen foods, drinks, etc. And it's always been my go-to conveniency

I've been a customer here for almost 13 yrs & feel the need to share my experience. I have quite a bit of health issues & on medications that I can't take with other medicines. This pharmacy is very helpful every single one of them are so friendly & patient. I appreciate all of their time & effort they put in to care for my needs they make me feel very welcomed even through all of my questions lol I'm truly grateful Thank you so much!!!

Have gone here for three years with minimal issues. However, once I signed up for their program to pick up all my prescriptions on the same day (which I was badgered about via daily phone calls from corporate- not the store's fault), my prescription was filled incorrectly. This has caused me a lot of physical discomfort and just general unpleasantness. I called to let the pharmacy know and ask if I could get the correct prescription refilled. Despite feeling poorly, I made sure to be polite with the person answering the phone. I did not get an apology or explanation as to why this error occurred. I am switching to another pharmacy due to lack of trust in this store after this incident.

The Walgreens staff at this store are very rude and disrespectful and shouldn’t be employed there. I went in to purchase four photos from their kiosk at 9pm on May 29th, 2022. After I was done, the machine said the photos would be ready at 9:39pm the same night. Since the store closes at 10pm, I walked up to the front counter and asked if I could leave and comeback instead of waiting for my photos to be done. The lady at the counter, said she would not print them for me and said if it wasn’t a big hassle that I could come pick them up in the morning. I said that if it wasn’t too much trouble, I would like them printed tonight because I am leaving town in the morning. She proceeded to catch an attitude and respond, in a rude manner, that she will not print them. There was no reason to be nasty because I simply just asked a question and she was rude and disrespectful from the beginning. The machine clearly said that the photos would be done at a specific time tonight within the store’s hours, but she refused to do it because it was an inconvenience for her and she did not want to. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my service and I will not be returning to this Walgreens.
