Walgreens doesn't care about the under privileged low income customers they serve the service at this store is always sub par and bare minimum we all deserve to be treated equal and the pharmacist should have those same values don't work in our community if your going to look down on us ‼️‼️‼️

Honestly one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. She refused to work. I asked for a Bic lighter she told Me she wasn't allowed to get it. I said ok I'll get chapstick(I needed change for the bus). again no. she wouldn't sell me the chapstick. I guess she just did not want to work. I put the money on the bus. they made a profit. Walgreens didn't.

I don't even think it deserves a 1 star I was on the phone for 15 minutes just for someone to pick it up and hang up with no words I need to know if my Prescription is there but the robot doesn't help and no one will speak to me

This Walgreens is one of worst you could call or go too the west end pharmacy is so unprofessional, from management to staff the pharmacy staff will hold back your medication because they don’t like the way you look or sound, this should not be allowed.

Transfer your meds to Greenwood. Employees treat you like roaches and will hang up on you before you the moment they answer the phone. Honestly, this entire Walgreen’s deserves to be shut down and the pharmacists need their licenses revoked.

Terrible employees, they arrive late, they open the store very late outside of opening hours like hboy who opened their doors 45 minutes late first at 8:05 the employee said we will open in a few minutes and then at 8:15 he told me that the system It had fallen that they had no system and they were talking very happily and it opened 45 minutes late a gentleman who arrived cut his foot on some glass that was there and no one came out to clean the trash that was there in the time I waited and arrived at the store at 7:45 am and all the employees arrived at 7:50 am and the boy arrived at 8:00 am. It is a shame that such a large chain does not respect the policies of its own company and as a customer you lose your time

This is the worst Walgreens. RUDE, DIRTY, AND NOT TO MENTION THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN LESS THAN A YEAR THEIR FREEZERS HAVE BROKE AND THE FOOD IS STILL IN THERE 2 WEEKS LATER???!!!??!!! THE YOU F BOY THAT WORKS THE FRONT REGISTER IS HATEFUL AND RUDE ALSO AND ALTHOUGH I WENT TO GET CASH BACK ONE NIGHT AND HE SAID NO CASH BACK HIS BUDDY CAME IN AND HE DID IT FOR HIM RIGHT THERE IN FRINT OF ME AND JUST LAUGHED BOUT IT......Come on now yall this is so very unprofessional and Noone should leave that store with Abad experience more times than none
