The absolute bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer service. (Pharmacy only, the customer service agents in front are fine) I can walk to this one but from now on I’ll drive to closest CVS where people actually have a clue.

Walgreens has completely starved this location of adequate staff. Nevertheless, Sarah is an actual angel who busts her behind to help people. I sure wish she had more support, but am so grateful to her.

This store has awesome professional practice standards. The staff is friendly and quick to answer questions. My prescription was ready and on time. They also have been great to transfer up prescriptions from where I used to live. Lastly, their delivery service is outstanding. I am healthcare executive of over four decades. I highly recommend this Walgreens pharmacy!!

Impossible to get ahold of. I waited for on hold for 15min, didn't get anyone. Called again and waited on hold for 15min, didn't get anyone. Called a third time and waited 25min to speak to someone who then hung up instead of putting me on hold. He didn't even try to call me back!!! I then had to call AGAIN. With all the time I spent waiting on hold, my doctor's office closed for the weekend and I wasn't able to fill my prescription.

As I requested my medication from the pharmacist KASEY she was very misinformed and snooty towards customers! For no reason at all she gave wrong information to correct my issue with receiving my medication. She WAS NOT the direct representative in contact that I was working with but once she was questioned for help from a new staff/coworker she persisted to give me and her wrong info making me go in circles and denied my doctors phone call to get authorization! Corporate will be notified about her behavior towards inequality and discrimination.

For staters, I love this store as a whole. Something has got to be done with the pharmacy. On several occasions, I have pulled up to the drive through. There will be one or two cars ahead of me. When I get to the window, they immediately pulled down the shade and say that the drive-through is closed. Once you get inside, there’s one or two poor people working by themselves. And, a line builds up at the pharmacy quickly. There really needs to be a system of closing down the pharmacy, drive-through window, without shutting it, in customers faces.

Pharmacy staff raised their voices to me and when I backed away from the counter a pharmacist said the first tech didn’t raise her voice. I asked her why she was arguing with me the pharmacist said she wasn’t arguing but the first girl didn’t raise her voice. I have 5 doctors. Take over 20 medications and have had 7 heart attacks. No one at Walgreens on Poplar Level has ever spoken to me like that. When I got up to leave - without my script - the pharmacist smiled at me. This was without question a snide smirk. She was well aware I was being charged $444 for one 30 day prescription for a blood thinner. This attitude on the part of these two woman is rooted in some skewed authoritarian attitude. I feel they were prejudice against me due to my tttoos. But to argue with me while you are most certainly arguing with me is arrogant and unprofessional. It is no wonder this Pharmacy has so many bad reviews.

If I could rate all Walgreens -5 that would be my review terrible service , slow always out of stock , associates are poorly trained, stay far away from this pharmacy

I picked up some meds and a covid test from the pharmacy and the wrong card was charged. I called and told the pharmacist my total and he said he saw a different total. I made him aware that I have covid and I would come back in next week with my receipt. He said we won't be able to do it next week. I responded, so you want me to come in with covid? He said you could have someone come for you. I don't have anyone. So I told him I'd see him soon. When I arrive at the pharmacy, the pharmacy staff let me know I cannot be reimbursed after an hour. So I exposed about 15 people because of the pharmacist's lack of compassion and knowledge on pharmacy rules. Get it together.
