If I could give negative stars, I would. Been on hold for over 2 hours just to talk to pharmacy staff. And this is “normal” for them. Loosing my business. And I’ll be glad to advise everyone I know about your continued incompetent service.

I usually don't have a problem with this Walgreens, because I normally go through the drive through to pick up my prescriptions. The other day I did a online order for 1 picture to be process it said it would be ready in 30 mins so I drive up there about a hour later. The lady with the little blonde hair greets me I tells her I'm coming to pick up my order she ask for my name stated its not ready it will be a second. The lady does my picture put it in the envelope and say the lady up front can check you out. The lady didn't even let me view my picture or anything get up to the lady up front I open to see the picture, my picture was cut off even the lady at the register said yea it is cut off, do u want them to do it again I'm like no don't worry about it, but I don't know if the little blonde hair lady was having a bad day or what, but you don't treat customers any kind of way by trying to process their order any kind of way, she didn't even cared about my picture looking the way it did, she was rude and very unprofessional....

The pharmacy had me on hold for one hour and forty minutes so I had to drive there to ask why my prescriptions still have not been filled. I usually get texts alerts if prescription is delayed for any reason but I didn’t receive any. When I got there the line was 10 people deep. I have chronic pain and it was hard for me to stand in line that long. When I got to the front of the line I asked if I had any prescriptions ready and the woman said no. I informed her that my dr sent over prescription 5 days ago for the third time, she said they didn’t have it. She told me rudely to tell the nurse to call it in for verbal confirmation, I said how she going to call when they don’t answer the phone, she said “ma’am if there’s nothing else ….., as you can see we’re kinda busy here”! I was floored by the amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I’m sure they can care less. It’s so sad that this is the norm in society today.

The pharmacy is no good. They will shut the door on you until you come back tomorrow. You can wait in line 15 to 20 minutes because they cannot get to you. When it's time to go, they will shut the door in your face and tell you come back tomorrow and you need your medicine. This place is not real. They need to figure out a better way of doing this. I advise you to go early and don't wait too late because they shut the door my face today and told me I had to come back tomorrow. Get there early. I was 15 minutes before time to quit. But they would not let me go in. They shut the door my face, but I'm okay. This place needs a better manager. Do not wait too late to get in if you do. You will be locked out This place have sorry management in the pharmacy's. No good pay attention, get there early. Otherwise you will have to wait until the next day. To get your medicine, do not let them shut you down in your face lock you out Walgreens is sorry From the management to the employees sorry

The woman in the picture is one of the two employees in the Pharmacy that were very rude and condescending to my elderly mom. We visited the Greenwood Walgreens store on Sunday evening. It was about 20 minutes before closing time. My mom had to pick up her blood pressure meds. She usually picked up at another store but her doctor told her to go to this one in particular. The woman in picture "tried" to locate meds and acted like it wasn't in system at first. Then miraculously found it under her name. Imagine that. Then another light color haired white woman came up and asked why her doctor sent her thereWe had no idea except maybe the other Walgreens was on back order for it. She then said in a not so friendly tone that they were closing in 17 minutes and they were not going to fill it. She wasn't apologetic, not smiling, didn't offer any customer service care of any sort. Just plain rude and cruel. I'm not sure how long it takes to fill a prescription. Other Walgreens tell us to come back in 10 minutes even if it's not our regular store. This woman showed no empathy what so ever. I truly believe that She enjoyed being mean to my mother. Walgreens closed at 6:00. She had plenty of time to fill prescription she just choose not to and instead refuse service to my mom. My mom is an elderly woman that doesn't dress well all the time. She doesn't feel good. I believe this pharmacist woman was prejudice against my mom. She should be reprimanded and start treating customers with the most upmost respect. It's not right to treat people with not any dignity . We will take our business elsewhere and will be taking this situation to a higher in command.

Whoever worked the register tonight had a major attitude for no reason. Asked a question and she just gave a rude gesture like "Sure, whatever." But didn't talk once.

I had a really terrible experience inside store never before something similar happened

the supported "manager" the gray hair woman with highlights exactly blue or green don't remember color
She was rude and aggressive, she literally threatened me with the police...
Still trying to process everything that happened, it seems ridiculous what I experienced and for what reason it was, but believe me, it is not something that is laughable.
That woman literally made me CRY.
I had never had such a bad time in my life thanks to the person who claimed to be the manager today 1/12/2022
It turns out that I am going to pick up an order that I had placed online. I simply asked him to print the receipt because I use them for a rewards program.
At first the "manager" (a lady with gray hair with blue or green highlights, I don't remember exactly) refuses, says that it couldn't be printed, I told her that yes, in other Walgreens the employees do it well, she gave me pure excuses and then I told her ok. I want to return them and to my surprise I couldn't either, according to SHE, I needed a barcode, which is not true because according to the store's policy, you only need the receipt or the order #, which was what I had in this case.
While she refuses to give me the refund, I demand an explanation, the lady gets upset and tells me that she is not going to help me leave the store or is she going to call the police... would she think that I am undocumented? Although my English is not very good, I'm an American citizen and as such I have rights, I am not a criminal nor did I commit any crime for her to threaten me like she did.
For me there is no valid reason for her treatment of me, I can only think that the lady does not like Latinos.
At least that's what he demonstrated with his racist and discriminatory attitude.
