This pharmacy only deserves a negative rating. I had an appointment for COVID testing and waited an hour and still wasn’t seen. I left after getting a refund for the paid test which I never received. No one apologized for the delay. The place was dirty, see enclosed photos It is no surprise that Walgreens are closing some of their stores.

This pharmacy is a disaster. Always understaffed, huge wait times. And half the time, the prescriptions aren’t ready even when they email/text that they’re done. It’s not this hard, people.

I was in extreme pain with a kidney infection and when I pulled through the drive though Pharmacy, I was told if I waited for the medication it would be 30 minutes, I explained I would go have lunch and return. I returned two hours later and another younger African American man explained with attitude that it still was not ready and “I don’t know who told you that but that’s not true”. He then went to talk to someone and said that I could wait in the drive through and they would get it ready. He rang out my prescription minutes later and I went home. Once I arrived home I immediately went to take the medication and realized before I poured out a tablet that it was NOT my prescription. Not only not the same name or even close but also not the same medication. He did not verify that I was the correct patient by date of birth or address. I had to then return again and get my correct prescription and they did not offer to refund me for the first one I purchased out of pocket. They were extremely rude, did not grab a pharmacist or Pharmacy manager not once.I started as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens and our customer service with patients was always phenomenal and helpful and generally, I have been in this field for years with different Pharmacies and I could never imagine being so careless in a position in which I’m accountable for important medications and our patients.I was home alone with my toddler, God forbid I just started taking the pills and I was allergic or it was something that could have killed me.This needs to be addressed immediately.I was extremely upset on to of the unbearable pain I am in.I will never return here again.

4th pharmacy I have tried to get my prescription filled at. The day I was told to pick up the medication (after 1 week of being juggled around) I show up at 6PM only to get told "it's not ready, come back at 8". Show up at 8PM on the dot and get told No, we don't do compounds this late, come back tomorrow and we might have it.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are ALWAYS understaffed. The service is ALWAYS super slow. Today I went to pick up a prescription. I was told it was put back on the shelf because I did not pick it up in a timely manner. This was at 3:45. I was told come back in 20-30 minutes, it will be ready. At 4:50, I came back. The drive - thru was closed. I went inside, the prescription was not ready. They said have a seat , it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. At 5:30 , I left after waiting in plain site of all staff for 40 more minutes. After waiting almost 2 hrs, I still had no prescription. I will have my prescriptions transferred from Walgreens ASAP.

Slowest pharmacy EVER! you have to wait in line forever, if you’re planning on picking up a prescription set aside at least two hours of your time. They are absolutely useless. Imagine having to wait in line for 30 minutes just for them to say it not ready and to come back in a few hours. Then you come back, wait in line all over again just for them to say it’s still not ready!!!

We were scheduled to receive our shots on line at 1215p. We received our shots at at 1255p. Several people scheduled after us were called first. Walgreen employees worked hard but were overwhelmed. Computer schedules were too close and there was only one vaccine administrator. The others in the pharmacy were very busy with prescriptions. The waiting area was crowded with only four chairs. Shot room was messy. Womens Bathroom had no paper towels and was not real clean. People were not the blame. Thank you.computer

This location is always disorganized and messy. It's "understaffed", they have a few employees there when I'm there-they just aren't friendly or attentive. I waited 10-15 minutes at the photo counter (after pressing the help button and asking an employee for assistance) only to be told the photo kiosk scanner didn't work and the other kiosk was not even turned on.

Don't bother trying to call the Pharmacy to speak with someone live-they do NOT answer the phone-i had been behind 1 caller for over 20 min -they clearly didn't answer for that caller either

If I could leave zero stars on this Walgreens location, I would. Not only did they lose my prescription slips from my dentist, they also lost my insurance card. The same pharmacist that I’d seen not 24 hours before, didn’t recognize me & had difficulty remembering the significant situation that I was attempting to remind Dave of. Be aware that this Walgreens is incapable of doing what a pharmacist is required

This pharmacy is a disaster. It's not the people working at the stores fault at all. They run around ragged. Walgreens has to be the worst place on the planet to work. I've called 5 times over the last 2 days and held over 10 minutes each time and no one answered the phone. I went in and politely told them what happened. They were extremely busy and very nice. They are just not given enough help to be successful. Walgreens corporate should be ashamed. No respect for their employees or customers. This is what happens when large corporations are allowed to push out all smaller competitors with red tape. Now they have no competition and no incentive to be good to their employees or customers. Awful company!
