ZERO STARS! The employees are racist! Told me I couldn’t pick up a western union or return items with a receipt from two days ago. They told me I needed to go to a different store and they also claimed to not have enough money in their cash drawer but the max pick up is only $300! The staff did not want to help me at all and were frustrated because I interrupted their hillbilly banter! Stay far away from this Walgreens!

Terrible service and very bad attitude of the workers, I would say that they are racists I live behind that Walgreens and when I need something that requires identification they do not accept my Cuban passport. Maybe I'm wrong but I think that works the same as an ID like a license.

They need to go ahead and shut this Walgreens down. The service sucks. The pharmacy sucks. Pharmacy always low staff, they always on a lunch break. No phone signal over there. The pharmacy give you the run around. It’s always something with them.

This walgreens is clean and stocked. The young lady that works the front register in the evenings (she was working at 8pm 2/18) is always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I have seen rude customers talk crazy to her, yet she just continues to have class.

I went to Walgreens today to get a prescription for my daughter. We were having trouble with my insurance company and getting it verified and dealing with the payment. The pharmacy manager, I think her name was Demesha, she was a gift from god with how much she helped us through this.

The Walgreens on Cane Run Road is a joke. They are really close to my house so I have tried to use them. They are very incompetent. They have given myself and my parents the run around more then once, having us going back multiple times to pick up a single prescription. My mom went to pick up her prescription. They didn’t have the full amount in stock so she is given a partial refill. Fine. She gets a text saying the other half of the prescription is ready. Goes to get it and is told she can’t pick it up until tomorrow bc of insurance. Which is wrong but we say ok. She comes to pick it up today and is told it was put back in stock bc it’s been filled for 10 days and she didn’t pick it up…. Um what? They tell her it will be another twenty minutes before it is ready. She comes home waits 2 HOURS and goes back and it is still not ready. At this point she is beyond frustrated and asks to speak to the manager. The manager never apologized and was extremely rude the entire time. Terrible customer service.

This use to be a great pharmacy, now either the phones don't work in pharmacy or they are closed. Now the pharmacy department is closed on weekend. What the heck.
