The pharmacist didn't inform me that she had put my license and insurance card in an envelope, which she then stapled to the bag apparently behind the receipt so it wasn't visible. Therefore I ended up accidentally throwing my information away. I'm not working at the moment and now have to take money I don't have to be able to replace the license. Thanks ??

Was on hold for 25 minutes drove up here and waited in line behind eight people for another 20 minutes. This is pitiful.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but the last few years it has gone totally downhill. The wait in line and in the drive through takes 20 to 30 minutes or more to get service. Several times they haven’t had my medication ready and you can be on hold on the phone with them for 30 minutes or more and they never answer. Even my doctors have mentioned to me how bad they are. The worst service I have ever had at any pharmacy. I will be transferring my prescriptions to a better location probably with a longer drive but can’t handle the inept service any longer.

They never have my medicine ready sometimes it takes almost a week before I can get my meds. They are unprofessional and this place has gone down hill.

I’ve frequent this pharmacy several times in the past few years. I recently had an issue with my daughter’s prescription and the pharmacist took immediate action to resolve the issue. The pharmacy tech staff seemed a little new and could use more training. Had they had more training we likely wouldn’t have had the issue we had. They are very busy and the wait time is bit long at times, but that seems like all pharmacies in this area.

Pharmacy had no sense of urgency. I believe they have forgotten how important it is for a pharmacy to run quickly and proficient. They seem to take their precious time waiting days to handle a simple task for a customers life saving medication. 0/10 would not recommend. Go to Kroger. Especially if you want your meds to be right.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is uncaring and judgemental, as to your concern(s). When you call the wait time is usually long and most of the time they pick up and put you back on hold without saying a word or you get hung up on and have to call again. I only moved here after they bought out and closed Rite Aid. This is what happens when competitors are removed, they don't have to worry because your choices are very limited. I will switch everything to insurance mail-in and any others to Kroger Pharmacy and see how that goes!!! Walgreens Pharmacy on New Cut Rd is terrible!!!
