I originally started using this location because the pharmacy was open 24hr. Shoplifters & covid changed that for this location and many stores in general. Pharmacy sends text whenever I have a prescription ready. I then go to the store during low traffic times (9-9:30pm) & rarely have to wait for service. Unfortunately I can't rate 5 stars due to no 24hr service .

They have a new automated system that makes no sense. Told me my number isn't in the system when asking about a phone number to tell me about my prescription status. It then directed me to a pharmacist that told me they don't have my prescription at all when I have the paperwork with me. I called again after hours and suddenly it's there? I don't have a car so I can't go there just to check whenever I want. Stupid people working fr.

Horrible pharmacy!!! Avoid at all cost!!! The staff is rude and unprofessional and they NEVER have medicines ready when you need them!!! I would rate it 0 stars if I could!!

The pharmacy was full of people when we arrived however they told us that they were closed for lunch. The only reason that we go to Walgreens is: Convenience, otherwise we would order using Amazon which after this experience we might end up doing. Good luck with this business model in the years to come.

Very poor … been on hold for over 25 minutes now. With one caller before me. Hate to be that person too lol.Had problems here before too but had to use this location due to back order of my meds I needed. I had to transfer prescription bc of no one having it in stock anywhere…which I’m in same situation again now. Only reason I’m using this location again bc I’ve never had good service here. This store sucks all round.

1 star is too much. Have been trying to get meds for 2 weeks. This is the 6th time. They wiped all my coupons out of computer. I’m not paying $34 for a $10 script. They still don’t have it straighten out. My appt for vac at 3:30 finally at 4:15 I asked when I was going to get vac. I had already been checked in. They wanted to know if I was a walk in I said no had appt at 3:30. I finally got shot at 4:30. So much for appts. I need something for my nerves now!!!!!

Bad news, after over 30 years as a federal beneficiary, was told Walgreens didn't renew its contract with the federal employee benefits program and the increased out of pocket expenses were a part of that and the program recommended I change pharmacy. I can't see how this is a wise business decision for Walgreens but I will be moving my Rxs to somewhere else.... since I live in an area with a lot of federal retirees. Its a stupid move by Walgreens in my opinion, but I recommend anyone on federal insurance including Medicare or any other federal beneficiary program move their business and prescriptions from Walgreens to Walmart, CVS, or other like Kroger.....

First off the location is terrible, getting into the parking lost is a hassle.. but more importantly the treatment you receive trying to get a prescription filled is terrible. My doctor needed to see me to get a refill on my anxiety medication (which they didn't tell me until three days after I requested my refill but okay) but I couldn't get into a new doctor for over two weeks because of Covid. I didn't have enough left to make that, I understand they can only give you an emergency supply for a few days... two days in, when I wasn't feeling well already I realized they had only given me half of my usual dose. When I called to get the correct prescription I was treated like some druggy looking for more pain pills.. she refused to actually fill the correct prescription because "they had already given me an emergency supply" which was the wrong dosage.. not my fault.. and I was over due for a refill (because I had an old supply from where my prescription had changed) so it was all really my fault I didn't come in sooner and I should have been more on top of my prescriptions. Which all had nothing to do with her giving me the wrong dosage. I will never go back to this location, nasty attitude and poor training. No thanks!

Stood in line at the pharmacy for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the counter; the girl who was working left. Stood in line for another 10 minutes while being passed on in favor of drive up customers - finally left. Absolute trash service.
