I changed my review of Walgreens because they have some of the best people working there and the customer service is the best that I have experienced in stores of that type. I know that they changed their pay structure and kept some of the best but most left and I understand why. The new pay structure sucks but they were still able to get some of the best people to take care of their customers. I thank the staff at Walgreens for doing their best no matter what. Good people do good work no matter what the pay and the employees at Walgreens are good people. Thank you all for all that you do and for doing it well. ?????

Why is the Pharmacy closed for the weekend? I have a prescription that I am supposed to pickup and cant get until Monday? What in the hell?

You might as well pick up your Rx because if you ask for delivery, they will hold you Rx hostage for days until you realize no one at walgreens knows how to do their job and you gotta call to ask where the hell your medication is and why hasn't it been delivered.

I was buying their brand of toilet papers/paper towels it says it was having a sale from $5.00 to $3.79 or something like that but when the cashier ringed up the price it wasn’t on sale when it’s supposed to and the date of the sale hasn’t expired yet.. I had to pay the full price for it which it really sucked, I’m never coming back there ever again and I hope they closed down very soon.UPDATE: WHY DOES THE PHARMACY HAD TO CLOSE SO EARLY AND ON THE WEEKENDS?!!

This place has went down hill, especially there pharmacy. The pharmacy is always understaffed with high turnover of employees. One of my neighbors use to work in it but lasted a hot minute. The drive thru part is down more than it is open. the pharmacy is down for lunch and closed all the time. I finally had a enough of it and switched to a better pharmacy that is always open.Everything else in the store is way overpriced. So I stopped going to this store and don't miss it.

I had been going to this Walgreens ever since it opened. I don't know what is going on but the staff is rude and nobody smiles and it is not pleasurable going inside that store anymore. I walked in today to return something and I was told to stand back and then someone else came up and helped me and she acted like she did not want to. That would have never happened before. Maybe they have a change of management but I am not going back. There is one person who is still friendly but she is very reserved now and careful how much time she spends talking to customers. I can just tell that something is wrong, maybe this store is going to close. Sure looks like it.

This place is a complete MESS. I always have the worst customer service experiences here. DO NOT order prints from here because you’ll receive a confirmation text that they’re ready & then the employees will look at you like you’re insane when you come in to pick them up. Despise this Walgreens

I guess no one knows how to cancel an order at this store? I called yesterday to cancel the two pickup orders I had and the guy I spoke to said he’d cancel it. He never did because a few hours later I get an email stating that my “order is ready for pickup.” So I call again, and after getting out on hold and transferred they said I had to go in the app to cancel it. There’s no cancel button in the app and my email shows I had to call the store to cancel it. I told him this and said they’d cancel the order but they have to ask the district manager how to cancel an order….but guess what…they cancelled one order but the other order shows at picked up. I never picked up any of the 2 orders so why is one showing picked up? It is annoying that I had to call customer service to get a refund and the people at the store level couldn’t figure out how to cancel a freakin order.
