I don't know who is in charge of hiring and/or training at this location, but it's gone down hill extremely fast. Very unprofessional. I was treated like I was an inconvenience for them.

I have been on the same medications for years with the same insurance **ALWAYS through Walgreens** state to state, city to city. Never had any issues until I transferred my medications here.I was charged for a medication my insurance pays 100% copay for. They “dispensed” the second medication and never gave it to me. Prior to that, it took them one month to send a PA request to my doctor - just for my doctor to not had been notified.I requested to speak with a pharmacist multiple times and was denied access in person and over the phone.I am a pharmacy technician myself and it took everything in me not to go to the board to report the situation. The techs will cause the pharmacist to lose their license. Y’all need to be really careful.Needless to say-I’m done with Walgreens.

I have been a customer here for 14 years, but am finally switching to a different pharmacy. I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, but it takes a long time to speak with someone, if my call does not drop while waiting. In addition, there have been several issues with something as simple trying to refill a Rx. Nothing is easy anymore with this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a disaster. It's not the people working at the stores fault at all. They run around ragged. Walgreens has to be the worst place on the planet to work. I've called 5 times over the last 2 days and held over 10 minutes each time and no one answered the phone. I went in and politely told them what happened. They were extremely busy and very nice. They are just not given enough help to be successful. Walgreens corporate should be ashamed. No respect for their employees or customers. This is what happens when large corporations are allowed to push out all smaller competitors with red tape. Now they have no competition and no incentive to be good to their employees or customers. Awful company!

It's crazy when I go up there, I get no updates on my medications no text or call. It's frustrating! It's closest to me which makes it convenient but it's certainly not consistent.

So.....I received a text from Walgreens saying my prescriptions were ready for pickup, and considering I've been using this pharmacy for 6+ years (even with all of the staffing changes they've had over the years) I didn't think anything out of the ordinary. I would just go to the drive thru, give them my last name and get my meds, right? Nope. Not this time.As I rolled up to the window and gave them my last name, they said "Are you aware of your $65 copay?" I'd never been charged a copay for this medication before and asked if something had changed? They said "Well, your insurance has termed." I was obviously surprised and asked for details and even presented my insurance card, ultimately being told, "You're going to have to call your insurance because our system is showing you don't have coverage" and then watched the pharmacy tech slam the phone down and mumble something. Clearly I had frustrated her.I called both my medical insurance and pharmacy benefit manager and was assured that my coverage was still active, and the benefit manager even called the Walgreens pharmacy to give them my coverage information and assured them that I was still active. The benefit manager then called me back and said, "Hey, I just spoke to Walgreens and everything is straightened out now. You can go get your meds." And it was 10 minutes later I received a new text from Walgreens telling me my meds were ready so I thought clearly this mistake was corrected.So.....I returned to Walgreens and this time there was a different pharmacy tech at the window. I gave them my last name and presented my insurance card and after waiting several minutes, the pharmacy tech held up my insurance card to the window, pointed at it, and literally said, "This is no good."Ughhh.....so I drove to the Kroger pharmacy right down the road and had my prescription transferred. Kroger called me the next day to let me know the medication was ready and $0 copay. This isn't the first time I've experienced unprofessionalism at this pharmacy but it was by far the worst. Pretty clear to me they didn't care whether I was able to get my medication or not.

I have a spinal cord injury which left me with pain 24 hours a day. It hurts just to sit down. Yes I have to take pain medication. Some of the pharmacists think it is their responsibility to cut me off, not the doctor. There are two that are incredibly rude. One of them even told me to go somewhere else!I wish I could give my pain to them for one day just so they could be more empathetic. Just imagine what life would be like if it was miserable to sit or lie down!

Pharmacy is the slowest thing possible, even with scheduled appointments, or pre paid prescriptions. It’s worth driving 15-20 minutes out of the way to get your medicine because that’s how long you’ll be waiting at this location minimum.

I understand staff shortages and the issues they are dealing with. But standing at the counter for ten minutes while 4 pharmacists (or techs) are busy at their computer screens without even acknowledging a customer is not acceptable. I had an appointment for a shot at 11:40, waited 45 minutes until I got the shot.. No apology, just complaints from the tech who gave me the shot. I went back to pick up a prescription at 6:25 (Saturday) and find they close at 6:00. I'm moving to Kroger pharmacy.
