Excellent pharmacy staff, these women do not get enough credit. They work diligently, communicate well with each patient, and are show a lot of tolerance and patience each shift. I’ve seen them receive some very harsh language and attitude from patients, and handle these situations much better than I would. Just felt like they deserved an attaboy…been coming here for over three years, and have had great service, eleven through Covid and staff shortages…Grateful that this is my neighborhood pharmacy

Nice's people of any Walgreens I have ever been to in my life. Furthermore, they saved my ex's day tomorrow by literally telling me to have her resend the pictures and within 5 minutes they had printed them, here at 7:30 at night.

They never made it on time. I always had to go back to pick it up. It doesn't matter when your doctor put an order. You just have to go twice to pick up your medication.The staffs at pharmacy are okay but not at the counter staff.

Rudest staff ever.Lynda and Eddie both were absolutely rude!!!!! Trying to deposit money on my bank card at the register is always a hassle at this location, they always argue with me and always make me feel like I am an inconvenience. I will continue to come to this location and I will continue to deposit money into my account this way but they need to learn customer service and their own policies.

A young woman Ren went above and beyond to try and help me. A product was out of stock, she made sure i knew when it would be put on the shelf and even reserved it for me. Thanks again Ren

I have been using this Pharmacy for years and years now of course they are closed tomorrow for Memorial Day... I called them and they look at my information and tell me they will fill my prescription. About 40 minutes later I look at the app and it says delayed... so I called them and they tell me well it's supposed to be filled on the 29th and I said "Well that's tomorrow and aren't you closed?" She said yes and then I'm going to have to just wait until Tuesday.. I let her know that I was out of my medication... she spoke with the pharmacist, Josh, I believe and he said the same thing I'll have to wait until Tuesday... they ridiculously suggested my doctor can call it into the Middletown store tomorrow since they will be the only Walgreens open... I told them well it's 5 on a Sunday... and tomorrow's Memorial Day so I guess I'll just go without my medication for two days. Thanks for NOTHING Walgreens.. this is the last straw with them...I will be seeking out a new Pharmacy.

I usually go to Kroger, but my medication has had a shortage so my prescription got sent to Walgreens. I thought I was able to pick up my prescription today so I had called to double-check and when I spoke to the lady on the phone she was very short, and just told me that it was not time to pick up my prescription. (Which is fine if I had missed counted when my pick up time was) so I got off of the phone and counted the days myself and from my dates I was able to pick it up( it should be time) So I decided to just stop in the store and double check because maybe they had miscounted days ( i was nearby& leaving town so I figured I would just go in person because my thought was I felt like I could not give my thoughts over the phone bc i felt rushed and like i didn’t have room to speak & They were probably busy. So I’ll just go in and double check.) when I went in I had explained that I called earlier and I was confused because I thought I would be able to pick it up today and one of the girls chimed in (with a heavy attitude that came off very bothered) and said that she was the one who spoke to me on the phone earlier and told me it would be ready tomorrow with a very heavy attitude and I said OK thanks. except she told me on the phone it would be ready in two days.. regardless of when I would be able to pick up my prescription, it would be totally fine, but I could do without the attitude. I know that pharmacist’s days are super busy and it is a lot to do with the public all the time however, so is my job and I don’t get snappy with my clients and customers because I’m tired and or overwhelmed ? . Back to kroger i go!

Wonderful customer service from Daisai I think that was his name(Wise older gentlemen)He helped 4 people in the 2 minutes I was in the store.Great experience

Everyone is very friends at the Walgreens at Westport and Hurstbourne Lane. Love thus particular Location because of there "I'll get it done" attitude. The pharmacy is even better than the others w limited staff.

Awful excuse for a pharmacy. I actually quit coming here eight years ago because of how bad the service was. This is the third time today we’ve been here to pick up my daughters prescription that she had sent here. The first time it wasn’t ready takes an hour to get it into their system this is 2022 right. The second time they texted her prescription was done came to pick it up pharmacy closed they are at lunch. Third time 20 minutes later finally she gets her prescription it was eyedrop so they had to do a slap a label on it.
