I made a 4 o'clock appointment to get my covid booster at the Walgreens on Shelbyville Rd. The pharmacy is in a war with the Norton's Clinic housed in the store. The person from the pharmacy giving people shots was very rude and hostile to me.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens gives me constant problems. No one seems to know what is going on with the next person. Lost scripts, putting prescriptions back I just called to fill, slow fill times. You can certainly find a better pharmacy.

i do NOT recommend this store!! was told that they couldn't return my items bc #1 my Walgreens card number didn't match, I had 4 for some reason, and corporate had gotten rid of the extras and #2 she said my debit card info was incorrect on my receipt!! she was looking at the wrong set of numbers bc once I got back outside, I located it on the receipt... it was my debit card number.... so .. I had my receipt, from that store, within 30 days, with my debit card number on the receipt... and they wouldn't take it back... was told they would call the police if I didn't leave... I did nothing wrong, was following Walgreens return policy, and was treated like a common criminal.... 4 different employees including management... think about that.... great customer service.

Good Walgreens that has friendly service and has a clean building can't ask for much more it's just like the rest of the Walgreens but this is clean and people were nice so check it out

worst place Ive dealt with in recent memory ....phone not answered....put on hold for various amounts of time eventually drive there ... their story phone system out of order...might have assumed that if it had not answered...asked questions and placed call in que.....normally have scripts filled at hospital unless they are out....needed a fall back for things out of stock. Won't be this rat hole

Staff is very helpful. Stock clerk went out of his way to help me and cashier apologized because label was hard to read. Plenty of products and really nice people.

I visit this Walgreens often in between grocery store trips for items I am running low on. The staff is always friendly, I am always greeted when I walk in, and almost always someone approaches me during my trip and asks if I need assistance. I run into one employee, Susan, often. She is always polite and friendly at the checkout. The store is always clean and put together. It makes it very easy to be in and out quickly.

Getting prescriptions filled at this location is a dangerously slow process. I have moved to a different location for prescriptions and found the waiting time to pickup and refill hours to days quicker than this location. Update: this location sucks so bad I have been waiting for almost two weeks to get an asthma inhaler filled. They simply don't care about anyone and the pharmacist isn't the brightest person

Clinic has two nurse practitioners - one is the best you will ever have and one is Nurse Cratchett, a nasty, put-upon woman who doesn't care if you live or die. Roll the dice.
