Pharmacy filled wrong prescription three times even after adding notes that the specific generic was ineffective and made me sick. The third time in row, the pharmacist admitted, "there's a note in your file, but sometimes the pharmacist on duty doesn't read the notes," which could have been life-threatening to me if I hadn't noticed.I auto-refilled the prescription four days before my last dosage, but it wasn't actually filled until the day I took my last dosage. When I expressed the concern of me being without my medication for four days, the pharmacist reassured me they would have the presciption next day, then I got a voicemail the next day stating the prescription wouldn't be ready for four days, which made me ill enough to have to go to my doctor.

The pharmacy has now been closed for two days in a row “unexpectedly”. I understand things happen, but to close for two days during the week being a pharmacy is ridiculous. I have been unable to reach the provider that prescribed me the medication. Therefore, I am two days behind on when I was to start the medication for what I am currently experiencing. Little to no help from anyone inside as to if or when the pharmacy would be open or if they could transfer the medication from another pharmacy. Thanks Walgreens ???

I had a Covid19 vaccine appointment and the pharmacy closed early 2hours prior to my appointment with no warning and no explanation or help other than just telling to call another store... Store just seems dirty

I only gave 2 stars bc I don't know about the rest of the store, but the pharmacy never has my refill done when I go. I even give them an extra day usually cause it's a little ways from my house. They seem nice and all but I'm not interested in waiting 15-20 mins every time I go to get my prescription when I give them more than 24hrs to fill it. Definitely switching to someone else from now on.

The gentleness of both the tech and the pharmacist was amazing. I got there early for my vaccination. Not a problem. Just good people.

Very convenient location on Frankfort Avenue. We had our passport renewal photos taken here. The staff was very friendly and the store is very clean. Very spacious parking lot. Traffic is heavy on Frankfort Avenue here. There is an alley way behind the store to exit and take the light on Ewing Avenue.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They do a good job of practicing Covid guidelines as well. It's nice to have such a welcoming and friendly staffed Walgreens's in my neighborhood :)

How can a pharmacy not have a usable public restroom? Why does the pharmacist in charge not address this issue? Why does the board of pharmacy allow a pharmacy to open when they don't have the ability to comply with plumbing regulations? I stopped in today and an employee in the pharmacy told me their restrooms didn't work. I checked the reviews, and a year ago there was a review stating the restrooms didn't work. Why isn't this issue addressed by Walgreens? If they are lying about this issue, to bar public use of the facilities, it raises an even more serious issue of compliance with regulations.

I recently moved a couple of blocks from this Walgreens and am happy to have a great convenience/pharmacy spot nearby. The staff have been friendly. Even today, the cashier was eager to show me and some other people in line the Walgreens app. And speaking of the app, it's easy to use to upload photos to be printed, which are usually done within an hour. This store appears clean and has the make-up, food, medicine and miscellaneous items you'd expect to find in a Walgreens. This is a solid option.

I have been using this Walgreens now for over 3 years and I have had some really good experiences and not so good. It seems like the bathroom is always closed for plumbing issues. The pharmacy is very helpful and goes above and beyond to help you although sometimes there can be a wait. Overall it's a good location and the place is kept clean.

The Walgreens located on Frankfort Avenue is a convenient place to stop off for health & beauty aids. The store's employees are friendly which to me is a plus. The store is clean and well stocked. I like the Walgreen's reward card. Points add up quickly and it is easy to use. We got our last passport renewal photos taken at this Walgreens and the process was quick and easy.
