This shop is located amongst vintage and street wear clothing options, and offers more of a cozy, farmhouse feel. During my visit the Christmas season was center stage, but I noticed on their IG page that they keep up with other holidays and seasons. This shop offers home decor, jewelry, clothing and accessories, food/snacks and more. I thought it was a great space for finding a reasonable splurge on yourself and/or a gift. Follow them on Facebook or Instagram for occasional updates.

I stopped by Vintage Style and Designs on a recent visit to Bardstown road in Louisville. Immediately we were greeted by the smell of the candles up front as well as a warm welcome from the woman behind the register who chatted us up during our visit. The candles smelled SO good and I ended up purchasing one. It was a little small ($10), but the smell is amazing (although it does burn pretty quickly). There were lots of home decor items, though I don't know that 'vintage' is the first word that would have come to mind when shopping here. Things felt pretty trendy looking here. The woman who chatted with us was SO kind and event recommended a couple other businesses on Bardstown road to check out. Vintage Style and Designs is a delightful little gem on Bardstown road!

This shop is a million things wrapped in one! A boutique with local, one of a kind finds! A variety of decor and DIY projects. It is warm, cozy, friendly and visually appealing!! One of those type of stores you walk in and instantly fall in love! Brandy, the shop owner, goes way above and beyond to help in any way she can. She knows her products and the stories behind them and where they come from. She can tell you about the paints, waxes, oils etc and guide you in step by step instructions on all your DIY projects. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this woman and her shop!! If you love vintage, antiques, boutiques, & all things unique - this shop is a MUST!

Such an adorable store in the heart of the Highlands. Came for paint, supplies And more importantly advice to repaint an old piece of furniture and LOVED all the cute home decor, clothes, jewelry and accessories available. A great place to pick up a gift or something for yourself!
