Almost a terrible experience every time I go here. The woman burns my nails every time because she drills too long in one part. She always drills my acrylics to the point it looks like I already need a fill in. The prices do not match the board. Just terrible.

Lou Ann the owner did my nails. She and her husband Johnny are great nail techs..My experience was great. The atmosphere was small and peaceful. The customers that were in there spoke highly of the 2 owners, and everyone was friendly.. I will definitely go back again. I have not had my nails done for many years because my person who did them all my life is gone now. I was very happy. I rate them a 5 star. I will get a pedicure next time..Service: Gel manicures

Worst Nail Shop I’ve ever been to. Technician argumentative over what I should get ( I’m a French Manicure kind of girl) please just give me a French manicure. She kept wiping her nose then going back to my nails - in a Post Covid Era. Very old techniques. Overcharged. Would not recommend. And there was no air.Service: Acrylic nails

I came to get my nails done before i drove to Florida. They look good, but she kept hitting my fingers with the nail drill. the nails look good, but i have marks where the skin was pulled off from the drill. i do recommend Chris though.

Came In for a pedi and gel manicure. One lady was working on me and 2 other customers at the same time. You definitely do not get pampered. My gel polish chipped after 7 days. My manicure did not include a hand massage, no hot towels or massage during the pedicure either. Not a relaxing experience.

My first time visiting this shop was phenomenal; my nails were nearly perfect. So I returned 3 weeks later to update my gel polish color and get a pedicure. The nail tech rushed to finished my nails when 2 customers came in. When I pointed out her mistakes (sloppy paint job, paint on my skin, uneven nails, etc.) they said they would take it off and I could leave… instead of correcting their mistake. Gel polish usually lasts me 3 weeks. Here I am one week later and due to the issues listed above, my nails are chipping and extremely sloppy.Services: Gel manicures

I have been coming here for 8+ years, and always get coffin nails- never had any issues, always loved them- until today. I decided to bring my cousin for her birthday and they told us it would be $5 extra for coffin shape. Because they aren’t as good at coffin, because it takes them longer.I’ve never had to pay $5 extra for the shape of my nail. I understand designs, numerous colors, but the shape? Never.Other shops may do this, this is why I’ve continued to come here. If they want to charge $5 more, that’s fine. I understand. But to act like I’m crazy when I say I’ve never paid extra for coffin, to talk about me the entire time? That’s ridiculous.Unfortunately I will not be coming back here, ever.Services: Acrylic nails
