I came into the Dixie Highway Verizon store and I got good service from the guys there. I ported over from Spectrum and my phone was on SOS mode and not working. It was fixed quick and all is well. Thanks!

I was having problems with my home phone and also with my cellphone, so I went to the Verizon store here in Valley Station where the guy took a look at it and worked on it. They were very nice and helpful here at this location. Thanks for the help!

I came in today having problems with your messages, and trying to figure out why my folder background color changed. The representative who assisted me did a great job and I'm very pleased with my experience, no complaints here!

Paid my bill at Valley station store , Daniel took care of helping me pay my bill store is neat and Daniel was very helpful in checking to see if veterans discount is still active!

Second time we've been here, I just came for the 15 pro max deal and ended up getting a great deal for three new phones and another line added at a great price. Both representatives were great and helpful. It's been great experience to come here Both times. Our bill barely changed and I felt pretty great with the representative who assisted me. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

We came in today to get our phone changed out for my son, the representative was very knowledgeable and impressive with what he was able to accomplish for us. Instead of just upgrading the 1 phone, we ended up adding a new line, getting 3 phones and our bill barely changed. The customer service is always great and I would recommend this store to all my friends!

My had a black screen it wouldn't do anything Marvin helped me here today he way able to get it working found out it was a few applications causing the issues took thosw off and got me om my way thank you he was very professional
