Returned my Verizon Home Internet Modem here on Jun 12 2024 to some nice tall customer service lady at the advice of the Verizon phone rep after confirming this store was Verizon owned and not a contractor/third party. Regardless of this Verizon has sent me to collections for the cost of the device. This store is opening Verizon up to FDCPA and other legal risks.

Don’t waste your time going to this store. It’s supposedly the corporate store. No matter your issues it’s your fault. They did no wrong, they will get with the weird manager, then go in the “back secret room” come up with a plan to try an convince you it’s something you did or someone else did. They took 3 payments out of my account that added up to almost $700 in five days. I finally got to talk to a real person that is supposed to have this fixed in the next 2-5 days.

I ordered a phone to Verizon they told me if it was free since I've been a customer for 29 years and they said they shipped it the Dec the 11th I never received my phone they have given me a runaround since December 11th 2024 they have false advertisement I will be looking for a new carrier after being a Verizon customer for a 29 years and they do me this way it's uncalled for

These people will lie to you every time you go to see them. I have not been there but a couple almost a week and everything that I have to get done. They lie to you in person and over the phone. Their customer service will lie to you the minute you call in I don’t recommend nobody to do None business With Verizon. I stay with T-Mobile. I wish I would’ve, but I went to this place thinking I could get a better deal, but this place nobody tells the truth they all lied to your face. It’s sad. You never know how much your bill is every time you call in they tell you a different amount so don’t be surprised if you get a contract with them that you’ll be screwed just like me, but I wish I would’ve never come to this place. I tried taking my phone back and getting out of my contract cause they told me I had 35 to 40 days but the guy that set me up did not tell me the minute you turn your phone in. You lose it no matter if you go or stay so I was screwed on that they will lie to you the minute you sign on the dotted line you’re stuck for three years not everybody else only two years. It will cost you thousands of dollars to get out of this deal so don’t do it go somewhere else or you’ll be just like me bad service, bad business and lie to your face

just takes one or two to (not a phone) to ruin a customer experience...Pay for Total protection device not even 6 months old display goes outWas told it's a $100-300 deductible because the device screen has defectsWas then told we can use your other family members upgrade because the device that has the protection plan can not be fixed**I just wanted my 6 month old device that display went out to be fixed** they upgraded my line to a brand new shiny phoneNot what the customer wanted when I brought this to there attention once my bill jumped in price I was told because we upgraded you! & your device with the busted display *which has the total protection* was not paid off so you have to pay off the busted display device and this new device we upgraded you to.When t was mentioned this is within the 30 day window for the return of the device I was denied a return & the employee walked away to the front of the store....When you have to go to another Verizon retail store to get help & they direct you to another corporate office across town & not only the retail store but the 2nd corporate office tells you to avoid outer loopLISTEN TO THEM

Fantastic! Walked right in and was helped by 2 very nice associates immediately. Answered all of our questions and was super nice as we got our Verizon router for the first time. Great experience, thank you!

I really appreciate the great service I always get at this location. The manager gets to know his customers. Isaiah did a great job taking care of my up grades and was very helpful!

It just takes one bad Apple (not a phone) to ruin a customer experience. Better off going to a store that has a local phone number published.
