“I tried this business for the first time the other day. I originally went to the Middletown location. The male employee here was such a breath of fresh air. Very friendly, willing to go above and beyond to help since what I was looking for was out of stock at this location but he made numerous calls to other locations in hopes of finding what I wanted. I just can't say enough about how nice it was to have an interaction with an employee that was so outgoing. Thank you for all your help and a big applause to the person that hires and trains the employees because I had to travel to another location a little further away but again, everyone at the Poplar Level Rd. location was so wonderful to interact with. They were a little busy but they just took their time with each guest and never missed a beat and then as walking out the door after my purchase every employee said "thank you and have a good day" The price is about the norm I have paid at other places but not complaining. I will say, I have never wrote a review like this but it made such a lasting impression I just had to let everyone know.”

“I stopped in for the first time yesterday to check out the humidor and cigar selection. They have a great selection of premium cigars. Especially if you are a Drew Estate fan. The Drew Estate selection is awesome! The people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable. You can sit up front on the couch and watch TV while you enjoy your cigar which is a feature that can't be beat. I can't wait to stop in for another Liga Privada Unico!”
