Showed up 10 minutes before close. They waited until 2 minutes before close to come and tell me they couldn’t change my oil. If you’re there before close you should get serviced otherwise post your close time a half hour earlier.

I asked the employee to check my brake fluid and power steering fluid he said ok.i watch not do what I asked so when he asked for payment I asked again which he said they were good and I said thats funny because I checked before I got here and it was low then he told me they are not allowed to open cap to check just wanted to lie. So beware of vavoline

I took my car in on 11/24/2023 not even an hour later my engine light and splash light came on. I went back that day and was instructed to come back the next day. I was given a card for the store manager Thomas. Before I went in on 11/25/2023 I check under the hood my PCV hose was disconnected and my air filter was assembled incorrectly. I still went back because my light were still on spoke with the manager Justin all he did was take a reader to my car said it was fine offered me a 50% off coupon when I inquired about a refund, for which I refused because I will never bring my business to Valvoline after my experience and will always advise others via word of mouth not to. Then 12/05/2023 I noticed my car was leaking oil. I called customer service they filled a claim that day but I had already filled a claim online via the website on 11/24/2023 as well as a complaint no one ever contacted me. I called again today 12/06/2023 I was told the manager Justin refused to give me a refund he already spoke to me and the only offer he was willing to provide is a coupon. He didn’t even request for me to bring my car for a 3rd time although it’s now leaking oil. As well as he would not be reaching out to me about my car, which again is now leaking oil and that he stood by his terribly provided service and I was again offered 50% off coupon. I was also told this by a claim specialist that I spoke with later in the day. As well that Justin listed I was difficult and rude. I’m assuming he used such descriptive words due to the fact I am a black woman. Especially since Justin didn’t even introduce himself when I arrived to location the first, last and only time I spoke with him on 11/25/23. When I called valvoline and asked for a manager (Thomas to be exact) over the phone; when I arrived that day. I was sent to the store and Justin answered the phone I was informed that he was the manager working and what line to get in. Following that brief interaction over the phone, the only other words exchanged were the issues at that time 11/25/23 with my car the engine light and my splash light and what I discovered before I arrived and a request for a refund. This entire situation in my opinion is offensive and feels racially motivated and insensitive. Which I informed the chat agent that I spoke to after several attempts at customer care and claims to speak with someone in management and being denied every time. When I spoke with the chat agent as final attempt and informed her of my situation as well as the bias, prejudice experience and treatment. I received no empathy let alone sympathy nor any type of apologetic behavior. After every statement of my experience was ignored and dismissed. which feels like in my opinion, yes valvoline not only condones but encourages, unjust and unfair bias, racist, sexist treatment. If you value your car and have self respect and are a person of color, I do not recommend you visit this location or any location of Valvoline.

They put the wrong oil in my wife's truck and refused to provide a refund. I would be careful getting any services completed at this place as they rush and make too many mistakes. Invoice number (282649)

Will never go back here went for a oil change only went home less than 1 mile woke up next day to go to work at 7am with no oil in my truck literally zero oil they never pumped any in even tho the kid had the pump I'm my truck screaming bon Jovi half way there the whole time and when I went back the next day late for work because of it all I got was oh sorry and some oil put in I'll never go back tobthis ghetto store again and wisuggest nobody else does they are going to blow somebody's vehicle up soon

I took my sister to get her first oil change and her new car here and the workers were absolutely rude and slow they usually keep the cars in order here and are kind of fast but today they were just letting cars jump line ! After we spoke to workers and asked them about the wait ( which states it only takes 15 min per car) they said they had no idea after already waiting 2 hours .. will not be returning here with any new customers

this place rocks. as a young woman, getting my car looked at can be really intimidating and i worry about upselling tactics. but Bill was very genuine, friendly and honest about what services i should have done. i was also granted some coupons for services which was awesome. thanks for the hard work y’all i will be back!
