So purchased a nice power reclining sectional a few years ago with the Pure Promise 5 yesr coverage. I had to resend a piece back upon delivery because it wasn't working properly. I have had to replace a reclining mechanism twice. Have the brace for the foot rest area fixed. And then I filed a claim for a accidental puncture which is covered but was denied because they said the wear and tear on the piece caused it. So now I have a sectional piece with a hole and paid for a product to cover it but refuse to. I won't go back to Value City and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Hope this helps someone else avoid the headache that is VCF.

PAM STARR is literally a STAR! She was such a blessing to have in search of the perfect furniture for our forever home and she was so patient and understanding of what we were looking for and even with some technical difficulties she was so kind and sweet and treats you like family lol she’s now my new play aunt I just adore her!!! Nova at this location is Fantastic! I went in with an idea of exactly why I wanted, after shopping online, and Nova took me straight to it. He listened to my concerns about the fit in my small space. I checked other stores to make sure it was the best item for me and came back 2 hours later to purchase. After reading other reviews, though, I decided to cancel my purchase and was able to do so easily over the phone. I think VCF could be a great place to purchase furniture, just not for me.
