I called to see if they could take drop offs (they can) and print a label (they cannot). The person I spoke to was helpful, I only had a short wait, and was helped beyond what they could do at the office (recommended to print the label at the library) (support our libraries!) Only ranking 4 stars because they couldn't print the label for me which I know they could, it's just not policy which I understand I just wish it was.

According to Google this Location was scheduled to close at 6 PM. I arrived at 5:45, and they greeted me at the door, ready to turn me away because they saw me holding a package. They said that they shut the post office down at 5:45 because otherwise, they’ll be I have to stay over till 6:15. If ya ask me, that really sets an ugly tone for their business. It makes you all look incredibly selfish, that you put your so-called 15 minutes of time ahead of the needs of your customers. If you don’t want to keep the postal service available until 6, then update your hours, because clearly according to other reviews, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. My husband had a bad experience with this location about a year ago, but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Wish I would’ve trusted him; they proved him correct.

This is a great post office and others should appreciate that the hardware store would even have the post office in there store. Alot of hardware stores have done away with post office in there stores because people complain about the hours and price and etc... Having it in the hardware store is just for a convenience to the local public. If you like the convenience then shut your mouth about the little added cost.

This so called Post Office will nickel & dime you everytime was told it would be 30 cents for a label beware stay away called main post office said they are allowed to do it but its ashame they do cause the real post office does not charge

This is a contract Post Office aka not a real post office. Arrived at 6:50pm and was told that they shut the post office down at 6:45pm, but google clearly states 7pm. Probably need to make some corrections or the Post Office needs to not contract with “Phelps Hardware” since they are shutting down outside of their contract hours with the post office.

This is a great PO. It is in the back if the hardware store. The employer on duty yesterday was super helpful and even helped me package my items. Super kind. I would use this location for sure when in the area!!!

Hours states post office part open until 7 pm. We got there to send a letter before 6:50 pm and they said they closed it at 6:45 pm. Now either have to drive all the way across town or send it another day. If you're gonna post hours for buisness, stick with them, especially considering you're contracting with the government post office.

THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!!! I was able to replenish my Regional Rate "B2" boxes without ordering them, picked up an RV water filter, and got prompt, friendly, service.
