Very Limited hours of operation! No self serve small package bin (see attached photo) to put small packages in for afterhours. I have a small home business and end up having to drive all the way to J-town or Hikes Point just to drop off my large envelopes and small packages in the evening or at night! My mail carrier also said she does not have room in her van to pick up my packages; so I cannot request home pickup, like I have in all of the other cities I have lived. Residents need for this location to update their offerings and better serve citizens of this area. Other USPS locations are getting the thousands of packages that I ship each year and getting credit for what the Fisherville USPS should be receiving!

Great experience first time I came. Absolutely horrible the 2nd time. Same woman physically; totally different personality 2nd time. Absolutely shocked by how I was treated. I’m back to going to UPS store, I may pay more, but at least they treat me nice, talk to me respectfully and want to help me mail out my packages.
