Excellent service! Chris at the counter went way and beyond to help with a large stack of invitations.

Very kind and helpful employees. We went to this location because it is closest to our house. We were informed that this location in fact does not service our area but the employees are still going above and beyond to assist us with a mis-delivery issue.

I Love this little PO. The staff are like my friends and they always seem to have my best interest in mind. It's like a secret PO for me - You just walk right in and are taken care of in the most friendly manner. 5 STARS!!Tonya

Convenient location. Rarely more than a two minute wait for counter service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I mailed a pkg from the Eastwood Post Office in December. It was an item being returned for a refund. A month later I hadn't received my refund, so I called the company. They claimed they'd never received the package and I should make a claim at the post office. The clerk on duty yesterday (Jan. 9) took my receipt and went online to try to find out what happened. She provided me with a detailed tracking r report showing the date and time that the pkg had been put in the company's mailbox. There was even a print of a satellite image of the company showing the location of the mailbox. Armed with this information I called the company again and again was told that they had "checked" the warehouse last month and the package wasn't there, but they would "check again." An hour later they called back and said they had "found" the package. This was just a dodgy little company that was trying to screw me out of my refund. Within an hour my refund was posted to my Paypal account. I probably wouldn't have gotten it but for the excellent "detective work" by the kind woman at Eastwood Post Office. Many thanks.

I have never had any problems and love that this is so close to my home. I have an Etsy shop and I am stopping here often. Every one I have met has always been super friendly and I am usually dropping off near closing time.

I arrived at the post office 15 minutes before closing & wanted to mail a certified letter that needed to go out that day. I only had rolls of quarters to pay. The clerk said that she'd reached her quota of quarters that the post office will allow her to take for the day & could not take my payment. I thought, "Are you serious??" She suggested that I use a credit card. Um, no. That's ridiculous. It's cash. It's been accepted at the post office since it's inception. It's guaranteed. There are no fees associated. Did I mention. It's cash... So I had to drive in rush hour traffic to the Middletown, KY post office. Which took 40 minutes. I can't imagine why the post office is losing business to Fed Ex & UPS... Good Grief...

They've lost my package and they're calling times are unresonable. I'm always busy and don't have time to contact them. Also every time I've order boxes they seem to give me WAY much more than I ordered. I order one large box and 23 arrived. It's frustrating because I even rechecked my order and it Said one. What am I suppose to do with 23 large boxes? I'm very frustrated for having to make my customer wait because a postal service has misplaced my package.

I had a horrible experience at the Eastwood USPS this morning. I arrived at 11:56 pm and one associate told me they were closed for lunch (12-1pm). I explained that I had driven 25 minutes and wouldn't have another opportunity to bring my package in. She wouldn't budge. Another associate came around the corner and rudely asked if I had ever been there before. They explained that they would make an exception ONLY if I were a regular customer. In the future I will wait in the long lines at the Middletown USPS rather than be treated as an inferior customer because I live out of town and infrequently use the Eastwood USPS. Very disappointing.
