Very horrible service as they supposed to be open at 8:30am but we were waiting outside till 8:46am and when we walked in with a group of people that we were waiting with outside, to only find a lady sitting on her phone in a front counter!! What a shame and she did not move to help anyone!!

Great people working here. They're always friendly and out of over 300 packages they've never lost one. They helped me send a package to Saudi Arabia and it actually went.

This branch of the Post office lost my package and refuses to admit they dont know where it is. Instead they keep blaming me and UPS for them nor scanning boxes.I wiuld avoid going here at all costs

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE THAT SAID IT WAS DELIVERED AND HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AT ALL TO MY HANDS. NOR HAS ANYONE IN THE POST OFFICE CALLED ME BACK ON THIS MATTER. I AM BEYOND MAD AT THIS POINT. WHY HAVE A POST OFFICE IF THEY CAN'T DELIVER PACKAGES RIGHT?

I would give no stars. If I could. This place needs to be investigated and a whole new crew needs to be hired. I’ve been having so many issues receiving very important mail I signed up for informed delivery to see what’s coming and I still don’t get the mail that is due to come to me. I’ve had checks not be delivered packages marked as delivered, and I did not receive them. I have filed several complaints about me not receiving my mail and packaged and I always am told that I will be receiving a callback from somebody in three days, and I never received any calls from anyone. It sad that you can’t trust your own mail carriers. The apartment numbers are marked on the inside of all the mailboxes so it’s not like they don’t know which mail belongs in which box. There’s some days where they won’t deliver mail at all. It’s very frustrating when you know that you have checks coming in the mail that your family is depending on and you don’t receive them. Something needs to be done

Been waiting on a package for 2 days. Tracking has said out for delivery for 2 days. At 9pm last night it switched and said return to sender can't deliver to address. Sent the sender an email and then the next day it said out for delivery. Seen the driver go down my street with his face stuck in his phone so he didn't see me try to flag him down. At 8:59 it still said out for delivery. At 9:19 it said access was restricted at 8:19 and would be sent out the next day. I called and all you get is a voice system that told me to make sure the delivery could access our mailbox, make sure all pets were put up and a few other ignorant things. Nothing about sorry, our driver is an idiot and did not attempt to deliver it even though he said he did.
