I had a package come through this facility last week to be delivered across the street to Jiffy lube. It was a car part that I had been waiting on. The carrier, by the tracking number, said they attempted to deliver it. They then returned the package to the sender. I'm frustrated because I paid extra for postage, which I can't get back and it's a car part that I'm waiting on. Their lack for customer service is disgusting. They need a leadership overhaul from the Postmaster General to the line supervisors running these installations. I will never have a package delivered through the postal service ever again. I will ask the sender who they utilize first.

I have been here 5 times and each time it’s a different reason on why they can’t do my passport. One time I walked up and they said the lady needs to go on lunch to eat ? Not sure what that has to do with me and yalls timing or who has lunch at 3 but okay.. told me to do an appt so i did.On top of that cancel an appointment day of because they are short staffed ?? Didn’t know it was so hard to get a passport at this location i’ll never return for any service.

Stuff was rude, every question you have they send you to the website? Very disappointing. Requested a manager and she told him exactly the same thing as the staff. No help.

They claim my irs check never arrived even though it was in my informed delivery. Long story short a worker took my check and deposited it into their bank account online. Police are now involved ! They need to watch who they hire . I have been waiting since 2022 for my refund. This is crazy!

Went there just to find out my appointment was cancelled due to “NO INTERNET” post on the door says 06/21/24. The site is still accepting appointments, you better call them first before you make an appointment.
P. S. The person we talked to is not informative and not so friendly

The worst post office, my package arrived on Saturday April 27 but I was not at home, they left me the note so I could pick it up, I went Monday the 29th, the package was not found, I filled it out in the application so it would be forwarded on Tuesday the 30th, it never arrived, wait until On Friday, May 3, I went again, my package was not found and they told you as if it were something normal for them.

This post office is trash. There are TWENTY PEOPLE IN LINE and all the associates just walked off and left. We have all now been standing here for 20 minutes with ZERO ASSOCIATE manning the desk. This is disgusting lazy atrocius behavior !!!!!
I will never come to this location again and I will be calling the 800 number to issue a complaint as well.
