Racist and rude staff. Terrible customer service. And to make matters worse, all my packages are lost, they come out as delivered and when I go to my door there is nothing, I'm tired of their terrible work.

How much ID do they need for me to change my address? I got my drivers license, passport and even my SSC. No. They want a stupid code that might come in an email. I didn’t even put an email on the form at the post office. So how are they going to send me a code? Then, they said it could take up to 15 days. With that said, am I even going to get my new driver license or will they send it back to the DMV, saying how the house I am in is still vacant? ??

These workers are rude and disrespectful , constantly “losing “ packages or unable to find them then shipping back to sender as “not claimed” despite multiple attempts to claim package

This PO has probably some of the nicest works on their team. They actually help and walk you through the steps when you ask for help. I've never shipped Internationally before and the desk clerk named Andrew was super helpful and friendly. Big thumbs up for him ??This will now be my regular post office even with one in 5min driving distance.

I am delighted to write a glowing review for Trent Schladand, an employee of the United States Postal Service (USPS), who recently provided me with exceptional customer service.I had been eagerly awaiting a letter that I was expecting, but after several days had passed, it had still not arrived. Concerned about its whereabouts, I contacted USPS customer service to inquire about the delay. That's when I was fortunate enough to connect with Trent Schladand. From the moment I spoke with Trent, I was struck by his friendly and professional demeanor. He listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to investigate the situation thoroughly. He provided me with regular updates on the status of my letter and assured me that he would do everything possible to locate it.Thanks to Trent's dedication and perseverance, my letter was finally located and delivered to me. I was thrilled with the outcome and grateful for the outstanding service that Trent had provided.Trent's commitment to customer service is truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue and demonstrated a genuine care for my needs as a customer. His professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude were all exceptional, and I could not have been more impressed with his work.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received from Trent Schladand at USPS. His outstanding efforts have made a significant impact on my experience with the company and have left me with a positive and lasting impression. I scheduled a passport photo for my 1-year old, and we were turned away because we were 9 minutes late. It took 3 minutes just to get her out of the car. My husband and I both work full time and it's not easy to schedule anything for our child. We already had all our forms filled out so all we needed was the photo. The woman at the front said if she accommodated us, it would throw off their whole schedule even though NO ONE WAS IN LINE. I can only assume she doesn't have kids or she hates them. Just ridiculous.

This post office delivered my package to a "Parcel locker" but when I opened the locker it was empty. So either the carrier didn't do their job correctly or is a thief. When calling this Post Office they would not take responsibility or try to help in anyway.

I was applying for a passport and there was an issue in finding out if my check was to be paid for two different amounts. I ordered the passport via a third party agency FedEx-Rush my passport. The issue I was having was the courier service was requiring I include a check to the US Department of state for $208.32 and the money order the clerk sealed in the envelope was for $190. I understand the discrepancy was regarding expedited shipping, however, I was told by the courier service that If the check was not included for $208.32 then my passport would be rejected. I Didn’t feel comfortable risking this because my trip is October 14th. I was perfectly patient and kind with Shervon even though she was being extremely loud and arrogant. She moved me over to speak with a manager or supervisor instead to help me resolve the issue. Meanwhile, Shervone was complaining to her other customers about me and my passport concerns. I asked the manager/supervisor if she could hear the clerk telling her other customers about me and my passport concerns which should have been confidential. The manager called over to her and asked her to stop and the clerk continued to tell the manager that she can’t control what she talks about and to mind her business. This was so embarrassing because the room was completely full of customers and everybody was hollering about me. It should have been nobody else’s business that I was applying for a passport. I am entitled to privacy. When I left the building the manager and the clerk were still fighting. I feel my privacy was completely violated. I paid over $200 for a simple passport appt which should have been simple and I felt feeling humiliated. This clerk was entertaining her customers with my passport issue and it turned into a big show.
