Had mail on. hold for 14 days -- it took EIGHT days after the hold to get the held mail and restart the service!!! The workers at the Lyndon PO are VERY RUDE!!!

They lost a package that had signature tracking on it, went to retrieve package with notice left form and they couldn't find it and have no idea where it could be. The items in the package were irreplaceable and I can't simply get a refund and rebuy them again, they are just gone for good. Very disappointing and the clerks just kind of shrugg it off because it's not their problem.

Had a package delivered to the wrong address. They were able to track it down, find it and return it.I do miss our usual mailman, that is on vacation right now, and they're super short staffed. Kudos to them for finding my package! ?

Nothing works at this joke of a post office. All the employees work at less than 1/2 speed. Hold mail requests do not work. The clowns at the desk blame the problem on new carriers. You ask when the problem will be solved and they refer you to a supervisor. They ask for a supervisor and you wait for 30 minutes before someone comes to the front desk. Pathetic excuse for service. No accountability. Just like mayorkas and the rest of the failed Biden administration

This post office is terrible! You can’t get through to a live person on the phone and appear unconcerned when you talk with them in person. My mailbox that has a key lock in it is always open with mail in it and I continually have missing mail or it’s not even my mail. My complex has said multiple people have complained with the same issue and our staff said the mail lady slams the doors back without using the keys and that’s breaking the door/locks, in which we’re currently all being repaired because of it. This is unacceptable for a U.S. Post Office!

Their carrier rear ended my daughter at a stop sign and even told the police that he hit her. Now I can't even get anyone at this location to answer the phone. We want to get the car fixed but keep getting ignored. We don't live in Louisville or we would have gone in person all ready. Tried the 800 number and all they did was give me the number to Lyndon. What a joke!

Whoever they have delivering my packages is the absolute worst. Will mark my stuff as delivered when it definitely isn't. Tried to call to talk to someone about this issue and couldn't even get a real person on the phone to help me solve my issue.

Not one of these bums know how to answer a phone. I’ve called over 40 times in the past 2 days because I’m 2 hours away working and don’t want to make another trip down there to be told my mail wasn’t there when I saw it on the daily digest. They deserve less pay or a lay off. Every single one of them.

The absolute worst post office this side of the Mississippi. What in the actual hell is going on here? This is a public entity and they WILL NOT answer the phone. What if you're disabled and need services? An investigation into this post office location AND the postMaster General need to be started IMMEDIATELY.

They are thieves 100%!!! They stole the debit card I had mailed to me with my taxes on it then attempted to use it!! They have stole COUNTLESS packages of mine AND my mother in law who is in the same area code as me. Check the reviews EVERYONE has “missing” packages, they’re not missing they’re STOLEN! Shame on them. I’ve escalated the issue to consumer affairs I hope they all lose their job.

This location really needs some help with their services overall and definitely customer service. I had to go pickup a 30lb package that the mail deliverer wasn’t able to lift out of their mail vehicle. First, my husband took off work to get the package during their 9-5pm hours. They then said he couldn’t pickup the package for me even though I signed the back of their pink slip, as required. So I then had to make a second trip to pickup the package and I asked the desk attendant to help me get the package into my car because I’m pregnant and unable to lift into my car at this point and he huffed about my ask and told me to keep them in mind at Christmas after he carried the package to my car.
