I will start off by saying the lady who helped me was on a personal call with I’m assuming her spouse because she was taking about dinner and being very uncooperative with me like I was an inconvenience to her conversation. I have never mailed a package before and I was so mistaken to take my gifts that were not in a box to this location. I just moved to Lyndon and conveniently this location is a mile from me. I asked her if I buy a box or do they package it for me, how does this work. She told me about priority shipping so I went with that and brought the box to her. She then told me to tape the box up myself. I said okay…do I use your tape or buy tape like..This is my first time doing this in a post office so. She pointed to her large tape roller and proceeded to watch me struggle holding the box down while trying to use the tape and didn’t offer help. She ends up not being the one who checks me out, the lady next to her offers and I’m like finally someone I can talk to and not get grunted at. I am not joking when I say this…This second lady starts showing me a tiktok on her phone. At this point I’m so angry that ignore her and ask if I wrote everything down correctly. She then checks me out and I leave. Two ‘grown’ women too worried about their phones. I will never return. UPS next time for sure.

Had an appointment for passports. Had everything we needed and Marcus was super helpful in processing everything in the systems.

Half the staff is helpful, whenever I come in I see at least one member up front on their phone not doing a thing. Also their online hours are wrong, simple update will fix that. They really close at 5 and 1 on Saturdays

If I could give less than 1 star I would but it requires some type of rating.
These are the rudest individuals I have ever been ‘assisted’ by in customer service. I may have not understood the ‘rules or laws’ beforehand but it is their duty to inform the public without attitude. I never raised my voice, got angry or even scoffed and I was met with the nastiest woman at the counter.
A girl simply came in at the same time as me to ask for directions and I have never seen such snooty attitudes. These are not helpful people, do not take your packages here. Their drop off box has been broken for month(s) now anyway.

I have had my frustrations with some of the carriers at this location, but today’s amazing service was above and beyond. Lavetta Seewright was handling an investigation of a missing package that was delivered to a different address. Timiah Smith was able to recover the package and she brought it to me personally. Thank you so much for your professionalism and outstanding customer service. You ladies were amazing!

Had mail on. hold for 14 days -- it took EIGHT days after the hold to get the held mail and restart the service!!! The workers at the Lyndon PO are VERY RUDE!!!

Never coming here again despite the close proximity. Terrible service. No workers. Slow. Would not recommend. Should not even be in business.

They lost a package that had signature tracking on it, went to retrieve package with notice left form and they couldn't find it and have no idea where it could be. The items in the package were irreplaceable and I can't simply get a refund and rebuy them again, they are just gone for good. Very disappointing and the clerks just kind of shrugg it off because it's not their problem.

Had a package delivered to the wrong address. They were able to track it down, find it and return it.I do miss our usual mailman, that is on vacation right now, and they're super short staffed. Kudos to them for finding my package! ?
