Had an appointment for passports for my family. We showed up early and waited over 30 minutes past our appointment time. We went to the counter multiple times to ask if there was an issue, and the person who was supposed to do passports kept saying he was about to walk over and help us. He never did.

Definitely ignoring duties & responsibilities at this location. Terminations can fix a lot of problems. No excuses & lies are accepted for failing the public.

We went there to renew a passport on Saturday walk in and there was a line we waited about an hour but the employee was very nice and he worked so hard
