Only use this USPS out of desperation even though it is by far the closest to my house. The cashiers at this location always find something to complain about on how a package is labeled, every single time. The same package was taken to another usps location and did not encounter this hurdle without being relabeled or repacked. The excuse of the cashiers getting in trouble if the box is too small is obviously not true as other locations do not have this requirement and the item makes it to the location with no issues.

I mailed out a time-sensitive package that was returned to me, because I did not put the recipient's name on the package. Yes, It's my responsibility to completely fill out the address with the recipient's name. That's on me. But the postal worker who entered the information into the system didn't catch the face that it wasn't filled out correctly. Cost me an extra $27 to overnight the package.

The post office itself is probably fine, but it’s important to note that this location is INSIDE Brownsboro Hardware in the back right hand corner on the second floor.

It was very busy, but the lady working at the desk was very friendly and efficient! It took us awhile to find (it’s in the back of the hardware store), but everything else was a breeze!

I asked that my package be shipped as cheaply as possible. The postal employee hands me a label that I fill out and tape to the box with priority mail tape that she handed me. After I complete this, she tells me the price. I ask if that's the cheapest price. Her exact words are, "no, because you put priority tape all over the box". Well, why did she had me this tape? This is over the top bad.

I think the negative reviews might be related to the excellent service people are accustomed to at Brownsboro Hardware. For a post office I found the service to be great. Give the lady a break.

Every time I go in there there's always an issue and the staff a very rude and confrontational. I will be driving to a different location out of the way just to avoid this place.

Had the worst experience with the woman who works here. She was extremely rude about my package and obviously was very pissed about something, and took it out on me. I will be driving farther to a different, more courteous post office since this woman made such a horrible impression. All I ask is that you be nice to customers!
