Local branch post office so for me a great location. I have always had nice friendly service from the staff so am puzzled by the negative staff comments. People are correct about the staffing issues but that should be addressed to the Louisville office and I have but to no avail. I pay for a post office box but the availability of the box is now only during operating hours which defeats one of the reasons for having a box. I have called an complained to the main office but nothing has been done. If you have a box join me in calling and complaining, either discount the service since it is not being delivered as what a box services is for or provide it as it should be.

My local post office. Parking lot is very small and i usually encounter long wait times. I often take a slightly longer drive to the main regional location on Gardiner Ln. because there hours are much longer, more parking and open on Saturday. At gardiner lane you can drop off mail as late as 9pm and it is processed and shipped out that night.

This location is a joke. Just shut it down. They don’t even have a real self-service station or drive-by drop off and the employees they just straight up rude. I have a PO Box here and you can only go during business hours. Well now they take closed breaks due to poor staffing and can’t access during that period either.

I usually do not have any issues at this branch. But after double checking on Google Maps and on their website I did not see any closures posted for a lunch hour. I arrived around 1:01pm Thursday 11/2/23 to find this sign. I'm totally fine with needing to close for lunch if it is posted and people can plan accordingly. I had walked here and had to walk right back home :/

Absolutely the worst - a bad review will not accomplish anything because they simply do not care. Can’t wait for the us postal service to die. We should pay Fed ex or ups to take over. Each and every time a miserable experience

Walk in and go to the opposite side of the desk where people would typically enter because it's on the opposite side of the door (exit). The nasty lady behind the counter (who was "helping" a customer) yells at me and says the line is on the opposite side from where I am standing. I proceed to the wrong side of the store and sure enough, once the other customers are done, they both run into me because the line has formed at the wrong side of the store.Moving on to the rest of my experience. The rude woman who yelled at me ended up "helping" me, reluctantly, it seemed. All I needed was a small piece of tape to seal my envelope with important documents. She rolls her eyes and says, "we are supposed to charge for tape." That's cool and I would have purchased some but before I could, she grabs some tape as I explain that I was about to mail it off in the mailbox outside. She then repeats herself by telling me they typically charge for tape as she seals the envelope. Then, as I walk away, she yells at me again to tell me and the rest of the store that there's a mailbox inside the store. I proceed to walk away disgusted and the people behind me remind me that there's a mailbox inside the store. Not sure if I appear deaf or confused but I was definitely mortified the entire time I was there and I was probably in there for a total of 2 minutes.Don't go here.
