Carrier did not notify me when package was here. Went next day to pick up package and after waiting 30 minutes was told that "they couldn't find it" and to come back Monday. 3 days after my priority shipping mail was sent. I don't know how you expect people to talk good on you when this mess happens.

I live in Lebanon KY. I buy a lot of items off eBay, never had problems, but the last few months I've had 7 packages with tracking, it'll say it's out for delivery in Louisville, yet my address is in Lebanon KY. Then the tracking will just stop updating or it'll say delivered in Louisville and I won't see it after that. It's Ridiculous, small packages. So ebody must love sports cards and know what to look for. I knew this would happen to this last package ahead of time, sure enough... delivered in Louisville except my address isn't in Louisville. Also Why would small packages constantly say out for delivery in Louisville, but my address is in Lebanon ? Rarely I may get them the next day but it'll be hit and miss. (7) Packages w/ tracking in 3 months, disappear or delivered in Louisville !!

I’ve been a seller on e bay for years. Since my packages have been shipped to Louisville to get shipped I’ve had hundreds of items come up missing. Had a mailman deliver my package to the wrong address and never received my insurance money for the package and they assumed I was lying about receiving until I went to the post office downtown and they see he scanned my package at another address and the employee didn't care at all it's been since December 2021 and still nothing

Long wait times, employees complaining about other employees not coming to work, attitude when asked questions. Terrible service and terrible employees. Do not come to this branch!

I was denied service this morning (2/27) for an appointment I made a couple weeks ago, I’m now being told I have to reschedule and have to take another day off which means more loss income and there is no one to contact about denial of service, it’s not even an option on the usps website or available through their phone tree. Tax payers deserve the services that you are charging them for. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!

The U.S. Post office has one job. Deliver mail. They haven’t delivered my mail in my mailbox for over 2 years. I’ve talked to managers and tellers. Today they refused me my mail when I went to pick up. Going forward I will find other avenues to receive what is my right as a US citizen. Maybe they’ll deliver it once it’s stack d to high to handle.

The postal lady I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped to meet with every need I had. I would recommend this service to all my family friends and neighbors And she was very polite and understood my needs.

Ja’Lyn Freeman was fantastic! I’m from out-of-town and this was my 1st experience with a Louisville Post Office. I was running late for a new job and frazzled. Ja’Lyn exhibited EXCELLENT customer service. When I left I felt so much better. Thank you Ja’lyn.
