I absolutely refuse to do any business with this bank and especially this branch. The branch manager is apparently the only one that can do anything in regards to my account but yet is purposefully and vindictively extending the account closure because she is being investigated for lying to the office of the president at US Bank so now she is taking it out on me because I informed them she never contacted me and I want her fired. Now I’m being told I have no choice but to deal with this branch manager in order to get my money. Over the course of our conversation she explains she’s being working on my account since the 22nd. And stated 3x she knows I want her fired. I do not understand why she needs to even bring that up in our conversation. That’s why I’ve come to the conclusion she is making this hard for me on purpose because she is being investigated. Then she hangs up on me. I’m so glad my account is closing thank god. I will tell anyone who listens that this bank and branch do not follow federal laws and regulations in regards to social security funds. They have withheld my sons funds now for 18 days with no reason what so ever. I’ve gotten nothing but the run around from everyone. Hung up on, transferred, no call backs. Absolutely the worst bank ever! I cannot stress that enough. I hope they are fined by the consumer financial protection bureau and fiscal treasury for violating the green book regulations specifically 31 CFR part 210. I will find a way to make sure US Bank and this branch manager are held accountable for everything they are doing and every single violation they are making

They took over AAA accounts from Bank of America and are charging interest on what were interest-free balance transfer accounts. My father is 83, does not bank online, has paid over $70 in interest so far and was told he had to pay because it was a “cash advance” not a balance transfer. He has supporting documents but when I tried to get information from customer service on where we could email those I was told they do not have an email address. I will be sending the documents to the banking commission instead.

I have been a patron of this branch for over 10 years. The faces may change but the service stays the same. Conveniently located inside Mejer. Nice office area. I had the opportunity to work with Alex, the manager, is very knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I had a small mishap and he quickly took care of it and followed up with me. I like their financial products. My mother passed and they helped me set up an estate account. Online banking is user friendly. I have their credit card, checking and saving. I frequently use the bill pay and direct deposit service.

The level of professionalism always prevails every time I walk in. Everyone is very organized and prompt. I want to especially recognize Azah. Her customer service was excellent. She single handedly helped each customer and wasn't hesitant about going out of her way to make sure everyone's needs we're met. Further more, I had a question that regarded a managers approval and the manager wouldn't be in for another hour or so. Azah wrote down my information, spoke with the manager, had the problem fixed and personally called me back to inform me that it had been corrected and asked if there was anything else she could do for me. That ladies and gentleman is customer service. I make a 30 minute trip just to go to the bank and I always leave satisfied. A big thanks to valleystation US bankfor putting forth the effort to help all your customers and especially Azah for putting her heart into the job.
