Got my wallet stolen with ID and cards, call center try to help, but these people not giving me replacement even if I can prove with my phone in 1000 different ways who I am, even straight ID picture. Stupid. Closing my bank account as soon as I get an ID back. I’m a customer for 9 years. Not anymore.

Horrible service stood in line 2times to be told I had to speak to another customer rep who was sitting with another customer and engaging in some very foul language and other customers have to listen to it representative should have politely asked customer to tone the language it was f this and f that absolutely ridiculous

This used to be the best bank in the world. Now they have all new people who don’t know what they are doing. The new assistant branch mgr is a nasty individual who talks down to customers. I called the 800 about several over draft charges I was hit with, yet the $ was in ther as the transaction LSU were pending and I still had a positive balance. Next thing I know I’m being hit with 5 overdraft charges of 36.00 each! I called the 800 and they told me the bank holds the transaction for 3 days Incase the merchant recalls the transaction. I went to the bank yesterday and the “assistant “ mgr contradicted that and said they had no control over what went through. I tried to explain what was happening and rudely said she will have to get with her mgr and review our account and she would call us at 9am today the 15th. It is now 1230 and no one has called. So I’m looking at different banks in our area. Very disappointed with US Bank and we have had them for years ☹️

This location is inside of the Meijer on Preston Hwy. The staff are very friendly, patient and helpful. I took my two young children with me to set up an account, and the employee who helped me made the process so easy. Soing anything with two children under 5 is sometimes difficult, especially if it involves them sitting quietly while mommy fills out documents and signs forms. This employee took all the stress out of the room by giving my children coloring pages, balloons, stickers and even some nice sunglasses! They were able to entertain themselves with his help so him and I could do business. The ONLY downside to this location is that on Fridays they are very busy and wait times can be rather long. The customer service makes up for that!
