I opened a money market account and it was fast, employee was informative and kind. As always, great experience and have banking at US Bank-McMahon Plaza for over 30 years. Never a problem.

I’ve always liked banking with us bank but the one on Breckinridge lane by the Kroger was horrible. I’ve had an account with them for over two years but I usually go to the one in the highlands which is awesome!! But I had to stop at this one because I was running late one day the manager was completely rude to me left me standing there for over 20 minutes didn’t say a word to me just to tell me they are about to close even though I was there 30 minutes before closing. He also gave me false information about my account. I would not recommend going to this us bank .

I am so glad you have wonderful employees at this location. Daniel and Sonia. Daniel stayed on the phone with me as I located the US Bank location, greeted me once I entered the branch and assisted me. He and Sonia work as an excellent team on the otherhand the Hurstbourne location is a sorry branch. With very poor customer service. I was in line for 15 minutes. They had 1 desk person and 1 teller and a missing teller at an open window. While man with pony-tail comes to the window with a laptop and proceeds to look at something on a laptop, still never greeting me. I asked was there another location where I could get help and he told me the Middletown branch. What a joke. This was my first experience with US Bank. I will not recommend anyone to use the Hurstbourne location. Daniel and Sonia saved the day for the branch.

I want thank to Sonia for her extraordinary customer service she provided to us it took her two days to resolve an issue that was an error of US bank in the first place but as she promised she took care of our concern..Thank you Sonia.

Went to establish a bank account. Was refused service because the branch “closed in 7 minutes.” I called ahead to verify that I could come open an account. I understand business has to have a closing time, but the employee was rude and it doesn’t take that long to start a bank account. Closing at 4:30 and using an excuse of closing time is ridiculous, especially since I called ahead. US bank is not for working people. I have banked with this company for 7 years and they have never been helpful and I’ve never had amazing experiences. Terrible banking hours. The only reason I’ve stayed with them is because of availability of branches across the US.

Just go ahead and bank else where. When I had my purse stolen from my car with my account information included as I carried a check book, it took 2+ hrs to get someone on the phone to verify the fraud and almost 3 weeks to get a new debit card.Now I sit in the drive through fir 25 minutes after sending my drivers license through the tube anc was never acknowledged. I had to go inside and ask for my property back. Then was informed, sorry we have customers... I too am a CUSTOMER but for some reason I was informed that I was less important of a customer because I was not in the lobby.The service at this branch is disgusting and to be truthful, just as awful from a corporate stance.

We are needing a new furnace. That's always a fun purchase now isn't it?! :) Our HVAC company has partnered with US Bank to offer interest free financing. I was pleased that our sales rep called Shannon at US bank and gave him some of my info. Shannon called me within 15-20 minutes I share about the specifics and gather information. He was super informative and shared the details of the offer. I was pleased with his prompt service and friendly demeanor. He even called afterwards to explain everything is detail. I love that it's a visa so I can take advantage of this offer not only through my hvac company but other purchases. I appreciate his personalized service!

The policies of this bank are terrible. Requirement of ID every time to make a deposit even going to the bank multiple times a week. I can see the need for an ID to take money out but who cares if someone is making a deposit Money orders rejected where the front isn't filled out and then not allowing us to put business name on the money order in front of them. Guess what? To the rest of the world a money order without a payee listed is like cash! 25 cent charge for night deposits. Really? Sure it's only 25 cents but it is an annoying line item to capture in accounting programs. Why would you not prefer night deposits? Then your tellers can do it during non peak times.
