I knew that I could count on Cara Miracle to straighten out my account issues I had after going out of the country. Again and again she has helped me handle things that go above and beyond your average manager & banker. I feel like when I can have someone like that as a resource I want to bank with US bank more then I did before going in with my problems. She is the sole reason I haven’t cancelled my account due to the extensive knowledge she has and ability to pass that along to the customer. Great problem solving skills and bilingual abilities at branch. A+ for your Taylorsville Rd. KY Branch and Branch Management!

Came by during posted store hours today and it was closed. Even though the hours posted on the store said it should be open. Lights were out and people in there on their cell phones, but no one addressed me.Always been very helpful. A few good added benefits for military veterans.

I've been waiting on my title for a year and 3 months. Called this branch to talk to a manager and got blocked by someone. Terrible customer service.

I love U.S. Bank! I've been banking with them for years, and I've never had an issue with anything. I work downtown, so I often visit the downtown location; but, this past weekend I needed a bank stop close to home, so I went to the Goss Avenue Kroger location. The tellers were friendly and the service was quick. I definitely recommend the Goss Avenue Kroger location of U.S. Bank!

13 years! I've banked with US Bank for 13 years! When I moved to Louisville, I opened up an account with them and I've never experienced any issues with them. While I heard others complain about their bank... I never once was able to complain about my bank so I stuck with them. I don't use tellers that often because I can take care of most things at an ATM and online. The reason this particular US Bank receives five stars is because of the location. It's convenient to where I live and it's close to places I go. US Banks are around, but they're spread out(my other main branches are the one on Bardstown Road in the Highlands and the one on Preston Hwy). I'm not sure how long this ATM and branch have been here but whatever US Bank manager out there decided to secure this location is brilliant(This location is inside of a Kroger). One thing that could be fixed is the ATM. It's inside and it can be awkward if there is a line or if someone decides to walk up behind you while you're doing your business.

It's a bank near me. It fulfills my banking needs. Most of the time it's great. Most times I stop there, the tellers are super friendly. But on just a few occasions, with me and the other customers around, the tellers have seemed annoyed to have to help us. I'll continue to use this location for its convenience and more often than not, good customer service.

I have been a US Bank customer for almost 10 years now. Over that time, I have had very little to complain about. They were super helpful when I lived abroad and my family had to go in monthly to make deposits to my account and my use of my cards while I was in Europe. Tellers and workers in almost every branch I have been in to are helpful and super pleasant. At this particular branch, in the Kroger on Goss, they have been able to answer recent questions regarding setting up bill pay/direct deposit, or point me in the right direction to be able to set these things up. Thumbs up to the bank as a whole and to this branch in particular.
