The Urban Market is hands down one of the best boutique shopping experiences I've ever had! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who were so helpful and genuinely excited to assist. Their selection is absolutely incredible, offering everything from home décor to gifts and stylish apparel. What really sets The Urban Market apart is the unique variety they carry – you’ll find things here that you won’t come across anywhere else. Whether you’re looking for something special for your home, a thoughtful gift, or something chic to wear, you’re bound to discover something you’ll love. I can't recommend shopping at this boutique enough! It’s truly a gem! Can’t wait to go back!

They have some really cute things and I absolutely love the dresses, but if you have a little bit of curve you probably won't find your size.

The Urban Market is perfect for finding that "special outfit" and the staff there is so helpful. While the clothing is fabulous, it is also a great place for gift ideas. Beware! The decor items are beautiful and it's almost impossible to leave the store without a whimsical pop of style for your home. Gets me every time!

I am a Black consumer. I went into the store to test the atmosphere because of a couple of reviews that were posted. My Husband and I were greeted by both associates as soon as we walked in. We felt very welcome. If you had a bad experience with them before - please try them again!All I can say is cute, cute, cute store! Different styles of clothing and trinkets to choose from. The jewelry section was.. amazing? I was told about sales going on that day and the associates engaged with me while we shopped. I like that one of my jewelry purchases will help to end human trafficking. I will be back. Thank you for making me and my Husband feel welcome!

The Urban Market lives up to the hype I had heard from my friends! I love getting wedding gifts here or small presents for my girlfriend when I have made her mad. The service is excellent - Tracie has helped save me from many nights on the couch!

LOVE The Urban Market!! Great clothing for a range of ages and body types. I’ve seen pieces on a size 2 and a size 10 and both look phenomenal. But what really makes them stand out is the customer service. The ladies working there are always so friendly and willing to help you find a beautiful outfit you will feel spectacular in!!

I liked everything in the store, but I wasn’t asked if I needed help with anything nor was I welcomed when I walked in even though I was one of two people there. Not very friendly staff. I don’t think they would’ve said anything on my way out if I hadn’t said something first. I know I wasn’t dressed my best, but it doesn’t mean I should be treated less.

love this place. Have everything you need. Apparel, home decor, purses, candles, the list goes on. Staff so friendly and willing to help. Always decorated so cute with each season. It's a great boutique for some awesome retail therapy

I hope the staff/owners are paying attention to customer service reviews. It would be nice to hear a response from them. I have found in boutiques that staff can be snobby and caters to looks and money. Hope this is not the case for urban market. Please respond.
