Visited here 2 days ago to have a PDF document printed. The gentleman was super friendly and when I made a mistake with the email address that I supposed to send it to, I had to step to the side I gave up my place in line. Merely seconds later four new customers walked in. I found myself 5th in line after emailing it again.Not only did the gentleman call for me to the front of the line when he seen the printer running. He remembered my name. Excellent service during a hectic time for him. I didn't catch his name but he had long blonde hair. Mr Manager buy this guy lunch! ?

Never had an issues here. Usually in and out fairly quickly. Staff seems friendly. Do most of my Amazon returns and stuff at this location.

I have been several times to send items. NEVER had one issue and the employees have been nothing but KIND, COURTEOUS and HELPFUL. I've been to locations, other the Dixie Highway, and I can't say the same. The Dixie location is BY FAR my "go to" UPS store.

I have had many good experiences at this location and most generally the staff is friendly and helpful. I do see many different staff workers at different times. However today I brought in 2 boxes that weren't taped and I was a bit surprised they wanted to charge me $1 for each box to tape them. This is supposed to be a shipping company??Please be sure to tape your boxes or they will charge you per box. Tape shouldn't be that much to ask of being a shipping company.
