If a customer comes in to the store at any point while the store is open they should be served and with a good attitude, even if it is a few minutes before closing. I came in to do 2 quick and easy Amazon returns that were ready to go and the whole transaction took less than one minute. The young man helping me and the other young man working there were engaged in a loud dialogue complaining to each other about customers who come in at the last minute to do returns. This is unprofessional as well as simply rude. For the record, I came in Sunday afternoon 8/18/24.

This location exceeds at customer service
All of the associates are ready and eager to assist you in any way possible
Ive been to many locations in louisville and they do the bare minimum
They tell you to make your own copies and send your own e mails for labels
This store is happy to do it all for you

Excessively expensive for subpar customer service, no eagerness to be kind or accommodating. Lack of affordable options when no rush involved. Treated like a bother after spending close to $100 to pack and send two medium sized packages that weighed next to nothing.
