I frequent this ups alot, I live right up the street so I'm here alot, I've always had good service no complaints,
unfortunately today was the first, both of the young ladies in the store were very rude and didn't know what they were doing when it came time to help me with my return, they gave me false information regarding why they refused to send my packages off, and even tried to charge me for something that was already paid for, and argued with me in front of other customers, I tried my best to stay calm in this situation but when you have workers who don't know what they are telling you is wrong its very aggravating.
As I proceed to tell the young lady nevermind I'll go elsewhere, Because they were wrong and had no knowledge of how to do a simple return, the young lady throws my packages at me luckily it didn't hit me, but I got upset because what kind of customer service is this where the worker is throwing a fit so she throws the customer packages and almost hit them, i asked not to throw my packages and she tells me to leave, what a horrible way to be treated in front of other customers at that,
so luckily I went to another ups store and I explained the situation and they were able to get me taking care of with no problem at all, the girl's were lying to me and trying to escalate the problem and not help me as I tried to explain to them the exact thing the ups on hurstborne understood and did exactly what would have been so easy to do had they only read the lable.. maybe more training for new workers or better customer service training, I will not be comg back to this location as long as they work, I can't get over the fact these young ladies could have handled the situation better and tried to listen.. horrible customer service here..

Employees in this store are exceptional. Just today Madrigal went beyond her job requirements and accepted a package from me not properly prepared. Madrigal took my package and corrected the problem. This was beyond anything I’ve ever seen before. Very caring, friendly and most helpful.

I visit the UPS Store frequently and the staff is always friendly. They take the extra step to make sure my services are taken care of even if I haven’t packaged something properly they still take care of it! Suggestions to keep receipts that cannot be reprinted is great information to know. I highly recommend the UPD Store.

I purchased a PO Box back in January 29, 2024 when I purchased it, the girl told me at the front desk that the lock on the PO Box Hass to be changed. It’ll be a few days for you. I can use it. OK I’ll go back a week later I can’t get in my PO box so I waited for the place to open. I talked to a young guy. I think he was a manager I think. He told me that he’ll take care of the problem two weeks go by on Sunday, February 18, 2024. I go in here to get my mail. The PO Box still has not been fixed. I can’t open it. So I waited and I talk to the person at front desk who opened up around 11am if it’s on sunday to get my mail to me I just don’t understand. Why won’t they fix the lock? Why is it keep going week by week and they didn’t fix my lock I can’t be that hard to me. I think that is just bad customer service. I paid $85 for three months. And almost a month gone by and I still can’t get access to my mailbox. It’s sad how they treat customers I’m not that important I guess.
