I come to this store to return something. I was worried that I wouldn't know what it was going to be or that they wouldn't speak Spanish, but a lady helped me and made the whole process very easy. Good job in this store?

Attitude attitude attitude. Walk in happy and in a good mood. Walk out rubbed the wrong way. Do a free return with a ups label . Rude Girl with dark hair and nose ring gets completely vile with me saying she needs to charge me for THEIR LABEL. Every other ups in town does not charge. Dont worry searched on the reviews after the fact and saw this a reoccurring issue at this particular store. Privately owned or not you should not be so petty you charge for paper for a label from ups on a free return. Don't even try to reply to me on some out of pocket stuff just take a hint and fix your practices.If they dont change i recommend taking your business elsewhere if you don't like pointless antics like this! Peace
