Our three packages are sitting here since last 20 days have called all possible ups departments day and night to help us out and get released these packages and ship to Canada asap. No transit package should sit over 6 hours at same spot. But litterly no action from UPS. And reaching out worldport hub centre is next to impossible worst customer service. Our wedding is about to spoil as packages contained wedding clothes.

Your company lost a hard working teenager due to your Rent a cops accusing him of still when they were aware that they had nothing on him because he doesn't steal.... they are not police so the need to stop acting as so before they are reported for impersonating a police officer.

My package is stuck here from last 14 days and there is no update on the tracking details ever since.
I call the customer service and there is no more information on the package apart from what they show in the tracking details.
Highly disappointed with UPS service.

So nice of someone at ups deciding to ruin my fishing trip. Package was supposed to arrive on 3/22 and was in Louisville on 3/19. The Package is now in Wisconsin and may be delivered this week. Absolutely terrible shipping.

I watched my package being transported here from NJ and it never spent more than 4 hours at any place until it got here...Package got here sun morning at 6am...I had a scheduled delivery of the same day by 7pm...Today is Wednesday and they are still holding my package and now not scheduled to be be delivered until tomorrow by 7pm...WHY? Why is my package sitting at your facility for 4 days instead of being put on a damn truck?..Good luck getting anyone on the phone to speak to about a problem...I will NEVER use UPS again to deliver a damn thing

They lost my package and gave me 1.5 hr run around to me never getting it or any help as to where it could be. The local office says contact them, they attempted to help and then tell me to locate the local store to file a claim. When asked to speak to supervisor I was told one would call back and they never did. Just use the post office guys. Nightmare

I'd rather give a zero, I will never use UPS again. UPS Sucs and instead of covid excuse it's now weather excuse it doesn't matter that someone's health depends on the medical device that was suppose to be delivered. And on top of ot now says open but won't answer their phone. How disgusting of a company.
