Great customer service. I return Amazon orders for several family members - never had one problem in many, many years. I see people with glitches when they return items and they are trying to use QR codes for Whole Foods or Kohl's or code has expired. A+ team at this location. ??

Terrible customer service for the lady that was at the desk, had no patience and a terrible attitude. She accused me of "snatching" a paper out of her hand and the walked away cursing me out infront of her coworkers, customers and manager on duty. It was uncalled for an extremely unprofessional. Thankfully the Manager on duty stepped in and apologized to make things right...

The customer service here is above and beyond. Due to a tight work deadline, I showed up at this store with 15 boxes to ship to 15 different addresses an hour before closing. I also had my hands full with my child in tow, but the boxes had to go out that day. Octavia immediately greeted me with a smile and offered to help. Both she and Tod were able to help me process each box and make the air delivery deadline that night. They were so friendly and professional, alleviating this stressful moment and even entertaining and making my child laugh. Thank you!

Great UPS store. I’ve never had problems with Amazon returns. They make it quick and easy. Usually I’m in and out within a minute. Other locations have been kinda difficult about Amazon returns sometimes. This location takes anything, every time. Very competent and helpful employees.

Please be sure to card all patrons and not just patrons of color. This would be an equitable way to enforce a policy. (FYI) I received a response from corporate stating IDs may be required for pick up. I was dropping off. Also, I contacted several UPS locations in city and 4 out of 7 don't card. My statement is fair and research is legitimate. "Simple policy...simple solution" thank you for your attention.
